@kfetter16 I'm guessing the room must be at a lower pressure than Earth so things freeze at a lower temperature. Water can boil at room temperature in a vacuum.

@kfetter16 Zero degrees Celsius is the freezing point of pure water, but if the water has impurities it might need to be a little bit colder. Also, the room should be warmer than that, which would stop any ice from forming, but the water would be numbingly cold. Zero degrees Fahrenheit would have been colder, but it would have definitely been ice then, and probably would have frozen the nozzle shut.
