I think they should have a ban on dumb ass drivers then worry about smoking. Hell your more likely to die from being hit by a car than second hand smoke. I have been hit more times then I care to recall. They run the reds, can't hold their lanes for shit, they don't signal and assume that you give a damn they need over and DON'T check to see if someone is in the lane they want in. Yeah smoking ban seems real important. Don't even get me started on how they treat motorcycles Gawd!
