  • thanks you make them look lighter than they are . seems like your back would hurt from doing some of them.

  • you seriuosly just made up so many random exercises that will not do anything for you. like tossing it and catching it.. cmon now

  • @eXpeII I'm not sure if you are serious or just stupid. Its not a routine, its examples of the diversity of exercises that can be done with a kettlebell

  • Those exercises at 6:20 really cant be too good for your wrists. But still alot of good exercises in there.

  • i am starting the pole shift survival group.

let me know if u r interested.

  • Put on shoes; while I watch this, my toes quake behind their nails.

  • Looks good, but those bells look like unforgiving teachers. I am still up for the challenge, though.

  • awesome ideas. thank you.

  • thanks

  • anyone know what weights those KB's are??

  • if i remember they were both 16kg

  • Do you know of any sambo instructors in Joliet IL or Chicago area?

  • I think I would wear Steel toed boots with all those catch and releases

  • Great demonstration, it shows why kettlebells are more versatile and motivating than dumbbells or a 500$ gym membership. Turkish get-ups are the best/worst.

  • totally love watching this video... It does better than anything else on youtube to display what a versitile tool the kettlebell is.

Totally amazing the way it's become a part of this man.

    You inspire sir...

  • GOOD STUFF!!! Thanks a lot!

  • I would NOT be doing that barefoot hahahah

  • ya seems bad but actually lifting bare foot give you better benefit than with shoes. Got to use all those stablizer muscles in the foot, shoes take that away to a certain point. Thats why you dont rehab an ankle with shoes on.

  • VEry good, Thak you for a great video

  • Nice technique!

  • you look like Gary Oldman

  • Obviously you've done these exercises a few times. VERY NICE. You make it look easy.
