i love summits and the xp chasis but cat has a 70% less engine probs and almost never has driv train probs with diamond drive on the m series, more power(m8 160, xp 800 150) but i like how u sit on an xp more and the xp 800 154 is 2 pounds lighter that an m8 153.skidoo is at a tie for the best mountain sled its polaris who need to step up

The Z1 turbo and Apex have basically the same dry weight. We had the chance to pull a Z1 turbo on a scale about 3 weeks ago, with the rider it weighed 950 pounds. So if you are going to use a sled as an anchor use a cat.

cats never require tinkering they have the only efi that works from 0 to 1200. skidoo engines and drive trains r always going out just pulled a 2010 xp into cooke 2 days ago cus the engine went to shit after 600miles. 90% of the sleds that get towed cus of engines or drive r ski doo and polaris . if u dont jet yr skidoo perfect it blows skidoos r the ones u tinker with . cats r efi and have been since 94 they repuire gas and oil and thats it. i like xp summits 2 but yr 2 dumb to let talk shit

Bull shit this is the "fastest production snowmobile." a 4-stroke 1100 with a turbo should have way more than 177hp. Besides, a 1000 mach z has 170 hp and only weighs 520lbs. The z1 has 177 hp and weighs 670lbs. He means currently fastest, because the mach z series has always been the fastest, but no longer exist.

It still means that stock sled vs stock sled in the top end race this sled will beat anything out there including the apex even. But it has a turbo built in thats made for low end small boost levels. Actually you can proly supercharge ur sled and get more hp than this thing got from its shitty turbo lol Its a damn comfy ride tho.
