This might accually be the most realistic saw trap, because he starts to doze off when the pendulum is cutting him. (Because that would hurt so bad that your body would go numb or go in shock). and in most of the saw traps, that doesen't happen.

There's no right answer, but most people tend to go with the original, then 2 & 3.

@minsqueeno2 In terms of story and twists, then without a doubt the first one. After the first one the stories gradually go down hill, until all that's left is this video. So for if you are looking for the most violent then any other then the first 2 would probably be good but if you want the 'best' from a critics standpoint then the first one.

@heyufool1 Totally agree, saw (excuse the pun) the first film a while ago and was surprised about the lack of blood and gore, pleasantly i might add since as the plot is actually quite good.Don't get me wrong, i love a bit of blood and gore, but from the fourth film onwards it seems to me that the films became less about the story and increasingly more about the gore.

after publishing this movie they were critisised that this trap was not original, but taken from one book (kill me but i cant remember the name). however, they said that they did it on purpose because hoffman is less experienced and imaginative than jigsaw. so choose if you will believe them or the critics :)
