Ok. Scarecrow doesn't have his mask, meaning he now looks like an ordinary human. Assuming no-one knows scarecrow's real face, Batman could have just as easily seen him as another character. Maybe Hush changed his face to make a 3rd Joker, who knows?

According to the arkham chronicle thing that you get for scanning the mask, Scarcrow's planning revenge on batman somewhere in gotham. Which hints to the plot to the next batman game.

Bane is one of three endings for the Titan containers. Everytime you beat Arkham Asylum, you get a random choice of the 3: Bane, Killer Croc or Scarecrow.

There's a posative pregancy test in Harley Quinn's room, Scarecrow's hidden lair - in a Falcone boat - and a radio freaquency in numbers, that translate into "I will return" or something. It'll be insane.

I loved all the new villains in this game. Not just the big ones, like Two-Face and Penguin, but the little ones as well. The appearances by Calendar Man, The Mad Hatter, and Deadshot were all very interesting. But I really, REALLY wanted Scarecrow back.

@CrazyFan562 Scarecrow's alive, you can find his hidden base of operations on a boat. There's a guy inside freaking out and some papers on the wall saying something was delivered to Jonathan Crane. Plus, I hear there's frequencies you can hear hinting at Scarecrow being in Gotham City waiting for Batman.

Hopefully he'll be the main villain in Batman 3, like he should be in The Dark Knight Rises (Bane? Seriously?).

@RaggyFTWW Scarecrow was NOT the main villain of Batman Begins, Ra's Al Ghul was. Scarecrow was just a villain in it, who got away in the end, seemingly setting up some kind of presence in a future sequel. Instead he was written out of The Dark Knight in five minutes.

The fact that Scarecrow already had a presence in Batman Begins would have given him pathos as a main villain later, and there would have been no need to take the time to introduce a new villain.

I'd rather have a returning quality villain (like Scarecrow) over a new generic one (Bane). Tom Hardy is a great actor, and I trust Christopher Nolan to actually give the character a bit of interest, but I would have much rather had Scarecrow gotten a promotion to main villain status.

I don't know why comic-book fans always want every character from the books to show up in the movies. I would rather them just keeping the good ones.

@SloganYams Bane was one of the best. In the beginning he was quite smart, staged a mass break-out at Arkham Asylum, drove the Joker out of Gotham, and also broke batman's spine. Then they kinda downgraded him into little more than a common thug, but I bet the original version will be the one in the movie. Plus at this point scarecrow has been driven insane and useless by his own drug...
