I don't understand. First, I didn't know Vega could remove his mask, second, what does that do?, third, does he take more damage when he has no gear?

Not wearing the mask makes him take 25% more damage, and deal 10% more damage iirc.

Not weraing the claw gives him shorter range, and punch moves do 10 less damage (again, iirc)

Aint I clever? :3 I have a theory that counter hit j.HP -> s.HP x2 xx EX quessadilla bomb -{stun, perhaps}-> Ultra will work on Seth, but I can't do it. Want to try it?
