  • I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was like 6 or 7. They've done brain scans & found a white spot in my frontal lobe were their is apparently no brain tissue their & because of this I get electrical discharges or "mini epileptic episodes" from time to time. No neurologist has been able to identify the reason why I have that spot their...

  • @shechshire Strangely enough, I actually have a vertical scar on my upper forehead for as long as I can remember. Please, if any student or neurologist reads this; can you maybe explain to me what you think of this?

  • @shechshire I am a doctor with twenty years of university and ten years perfecting my style in the rough streets of shanghai and i can tell you that when you were young you suffered from a vertical blow on the upper forhead.

  • @paenitet7nullum well, no you see; nurologists in the past have ruled that possibility out because I would have died due to such a hard of an impact not to mention blood loss. the only possibily that's left is that I was born with it & really that was the nuroligist's answer.

  • @shechshire well i have a dent on the side of my head(less then a centemeter big and really small) and i aint dead, lol it could just be a big cut, cuts don't have to go down to the bone to cause a scar.

hmmm a dent in my head that would explain a few things lol.

  • i do believe I have add... and that at night I become adhd because that's when I become the most mentally active, restless and distractible. I've been taking vitamins hoping they will work and they are but I still have problems with organizing and time management. I'm currently seeking to alleviate my problems that I get from it. I would love to have the patience to learn new things efficiently rather than always not following through with things that matter to me.

  • being adhd is more of an organizing problem. When we need to work, our brains shut down or become unmotivated. When we want to sleep or we are interested in something, our brains become active and restless yet, distractible. Adhd people can be very intelligent but just lack the organizational skills of the brain. Some adhd people suffer from memory loss. There are reasons why, a lot of it has to do with inadequate sleep and the fact that certain brain cells are dead or oxidated. Nutrition helps

  • This is ridiculous.

If that were the case the human being would be retarded. ADHD symptoms show no signs of retardation or inability to learn and communicate.

ADHD symptoms show no signs of the ability to learn and communicate? I don't think so.... They wouldn't call it attention deficit hyperactivity disorder for nothing... With all respect, I think before you give your opinion on something, you should know more about it rather than give an ignorant opinion. I see your a pvt in the army? Thanks for serving and I if you have ADHD I hope you can manage it well - infantry mos's - 11b-19D are good for adhd soldiers.

You need to research before commenting.

Excuse me? ADHD takes a toll on social skills, simply google ADHD and social skills. It's hard for us to pick up on body language, appropriate conversation, and to avoid interrupting. I've done my research private, I have ADHD.

These people are arguing ADHD to be a pathological illness. ADHD is a psychological illness, that has no distinct source, nor cause.

There are no physical symptoms. Brain scans cannot show this illness.
