Look like lanterns. They have them all over East and South East Asia during festivals and from a distance look just like that. The video doesn't show the 'ending' either. The lights didn't all take off at high speed I assume, rather they 'burnt out'!!

I'm Romanian and I can confirm that the guys are speaking Moldavian. Judging after their remarks, amazement and the specific way of speaking, I can tell you that they're peasants - as you can see it's filmed in a rural area, with a cheap cellphone cam= which explains the bad quality of it. Making fake UFO videos and posting them on youtube must be fun in American/UK, but in Moldavia things are VERY different, especially if you live in the rural area. My point here is that the video is genuine.
