How could someone imagine Alice,Shane,Bette,Tina, Max, Helena or (even) Nikki killing a person? even if it was Jenny Schecter. She killed herself or fell in the pool by accident, but I'd rather go with the suicide thing. There is no other rational explanation for her death.
I think it was Niki, on the Patio, with the Pool Net. :P (She was even found hiding in the bushes and her statements when the police found her there were pretty "fishy".)

How did Alice know which Porter Srgnt. Duffy was referring to? And another thing I am not clear on, did Bette cheat on Alice with Tina b/c that would just be ironic.
I think in season 1 or 2, Alice mentioned that she dated Bette for like 6 weeks but their relationship ended before Tina came around. Remember the scene of Alice and Bette at the symphony?! Gorgeous Bette and her many hidden talents! =P
Ah, I see. No wonder they put her in jail. "What does any of this have to do with who kill Jenny?".

the creater of the L word says that alice is in jail for the death of jenny.
i think she did it.
i thought either nikki or bette did it.
but forensics are smart and if she's in PRISON for the murder of her i believe it.
