He obviously isn't singing because he loves money, but because, like to everyone, it is a necessity. Believe it or not, Christians have to pay bills and feed mouths too. I also don't see the point in saying that it "degrades" others. If you have seen any kind of Tim Hawkins DVD, you understand his humor and understand that he loves God and is using his amazing gift of humor for the betterment of God's kingdom.
