In general it's when you connect things parallel you gain current and in series you double the tension. Just like batteries.
But I'm gonna make the teslacoil first. Make some nice jolts!!!And get into the thinking mode of tesla. Got some good Serbian music too!!! Europe you know!!!!
Than I'm gonna buy shiney stainless steel plates, which I found very cheap. Wrap them in foil and cover my roof with it. Next thing is hiring a drillhammer and the tools for banging in a REAL good earthrod. 12mtrs!!!
@turgor58 ...you know to get that ground you can actually put down 4 - 3 M rods .... or 6 2 meter rods..the electricity and / or your equipment will not know the difference
I came to another idea for you to extend the surface of you insulated plates.
Just take allufoil(household stuff) cheap and shiney. Cover that in fridge foil which is sticky and put it underneath your roofgarters, right against the rochwool roofinsulation. If it's no good, it helps heat reflexion. But it's cheaper than buying loads of sheets of metalplate.
But use no copper leads because electrocorrosion will eat the foil due to the diff. in the periodic system. Just let a tiny strip of foil out
I've tried a bridge rectifier with the ac , as above so is below input, to the rectifier. The + and- give a clear voltage of a fluctuating result of 1.7 to 1.9 volt. When I hook a 22000uF cap over it the tension drops a little bit but is charging the cap. I use an Elco cap of 25V.
But what i also found out that when I hook an ammtr. between the waterpipingfrom the grid and the earth pin, there is significant more current there! That brings me to the Russian invention. Curr. is about 0,003 Amp.
nah this isnt about cosmic rays. what you do is created a charged 'bubble' of air around your wires or sheet. When the plasmothere/magnetosphere (forgotten whats its called) pushes on the charged air you get voltage. Another way you can make free energy is by shining light onto a tribalumanescent material (like phospher on your tv) and hooking up some wires to the material, the light energy is converted into electrical energy.
charge the sheets with volts. about 5000 volts. Also, you'll need tesla coils and capacitors to convert the energy. If you do that you'll have a constant 5k amps... (i think its amps) at day time and 4k amps at night. Also, instead of using sheets, use a net, made of charged wire. This will improve the energy output of your machine when the radiation is pushed onto the earth
Telsas idea that electricity can flow both ways simultaneously on a wire is the key. Picture Niagra Falls generating constant power to a Tesla tower like Wardenclyffe, making it act like a gigantic antenna to attract HUGE amts of cosmic rays. Then, having all that voltage shooting down into those metal pipes in the earth, creating a humongous power wave at very low frequency that bounces backandforth. Poof free energy for all- using the earth itself like a giant insulated transmission wire.
Instead of 'just' putting an electrified antenna or big ol sheet of metal in the air, why not just make and use a classic tesla coil tower? Its made of metal, right? By anchoring it to the ground of the land beneath it with metal pipes....your tesla coil tower will of course resonate with the Earth's natural frequency of vibration which is something like 7.46 hertz I think. Most people have it backwards - they make those towers, plug them in, and create lightning bolts...but...
@turgor58 part2..but the tesla towers should be used, imo,to attract the cosmic ray energy so it can be captured and stored/used - not to make lightning from a wall socket. To capture the juice just use a spark gap, so that, say, only 12 volts can come out across the gap and into a 12v car battery for instance. The big coil at the tower base should have a spark-gap device attatched to one end of its coil,so that the energy has an outlet. The other coil end should go to a pipe in the ground.
yeah, right, but I'm not in the capability to build a genuine tesla tower at full statue, not that I cannot but I haven't got the space nor will the communal office grant me to do so. This is the Netherlands you know!
But still there must be a way to scale it down just like antennas do. I would be VERY happy with just let's say 100watt power to start with.
What annoyes me is, you can't a proper schedule with data. like how many windings on a coil, awg size. diam. length. I NEED details!!!!!!!!!
I can't get the outfit to resonate whatever I try.
The only amount of voltage i get from the sky is a lousy 2,4 volts with no current. If i load a big cap, I can have a little bulb to glow for a second or three but that's all.
Now I gonna build myself a genuine tesla coil.
The torus and the secondary and prime coil is ready. I think I make a nice outfit with mahogany and the shit. I will place a vid when it's done. I have to experience what it's like to fire a device like that!!!!
what about a few connected in series or parallel?? same thing?? i never tried it but technically you could connect the setups in series or parallel and get more current or voltage....
way to go - keep up the good work. I'm not a scientist, but after reading over tesla's diagrams and patents a few years ago, I almost tried to do those experiments you are trying - with the big metal insulated plated. THEN, I read about how you can use just a small thin antenna - that extends high in the air, but it has to be electrified. Makes it act like a metal plate as big as a football field, attracting cosmic rays like a mini blackhole might attract light. Current flows both directions.
Box, when pulsing the caps, how would you tweak/lower the voltage to a steady output usable energy volts/amps? You pulse the caps into what? Huge caps? I would never even consider batteries. Not for this device, No way...
The radiant energy absorbers, to me, are the only way to go. Tesla, Moray, Roy Meyers, and Linden, these men were definitely inspired. Just imagine putting all 4 devices together, what might happen. I'm going to print the illustrations, to try and comprehend the designs. Overunity website has schematics for the 555 timer circuit, where we can pulse the caps to utilize the energy to do work.
yea i love 555 chips, a great piece of technology! so many things can be made with them, maybe i should post how to put the parts together sometime. thanks for checking out my site anyways! i really appreciate the support
I read about a simple set up that used a 300ft insulated wire on one end and a good earth on the other side of a high voltage capacitor (the longer the wire, the higher the voltage, and the cap is meant to be in the 1000v range) Connected in parallel with the high voltage cap is a simple circuit consisting of a spark plug and car ignition coil to step down the high voltage to 12v. The cap fills and periodically sparks the air gap into the coil. Could charge a car battery in a day.
Do we know the gauge of the wire? I think the main issue is the volume (mass) of the collector. What was the wire height relative to the ground? I'm very interested.
100m (300ft) is plenty of surface area. If you have antenna building experience you'll know a tuned bit of copper wire can produce some amazing results.
I just found this info on a ham radio forum where many hams have long wire antenna in their yards and it's a well known fact that during storms a long wire antenna collects potentially lethal voltage and they disconnect the antenna lead to avoid equip being zapped .
ohhh yea, aint it great!! it will be sweet when we harness that energy!! leathal means that we can power some bigger devices!! in like a week once i get my first paycheck im gonna buy a high altitude ballon, or get a ton of ballons and test the voltage potential, as height increases. supposedly from one site, in 1922 they made the ballon go up to about 100 yrds and it got 100-1000v, with about 10 amps of current!! i might have told u already, im not sure lol. keep up the good work!
In March 1971, Dr. Oleg Jefimenko proved that a wire held aloft by a ballon at 1200 feet altitude would provide 70 watts of high-voltage power to an electrostatic motor
Hey I wanted to recommend that you look into improving your ground. From what I understand you probably want to have similar masses for the + and - components of the circuit. So 1 big aluminum plate up top means 1 aluminum plate in the ground. Otherwise the ground will be your weakest link. I'm pretty sure I read about this in a tesla patent.
search nuenergy on google, the coil designed one is on that. thats the ignition coil setup. i think the wire might need to be made into an electret. thats something i have to test farther down the road, but thats what tsport100 is saying.
The basics formula is 100v per vertical ft but @ microAmps. Obviously 300ft vertical is abit hard to do, although it's been proved to produce the best results. (a 1000ft 'skywire' has powered a 1/3hp 'static' motor) My best guess is that going horizontal is like going parallel, i.e more current, but it's an old radio truism that vertically polarized antenna pick up more 'static'.
It also seems the ground connection is just as important as the antenna size, another old radio truism.
If all of you are unfamiliar with Hermann Plauson I highly recommend you look up him & his patents. A google search should reveal some news articles on him from the 30's. They include drawings of huge balloons that he used to put mesh wire/wire cable in the air w/ maximum potential. They predicted in the 30's this would be every where in the future. The golden age of energy was probably 1890's-1930's before the oil energy barons clamped down on research w/ real potential to change the world.
Yep, I know he used 2 large balloons at 1000ft to collect 3.4 kilowatts. There's also Moray but there's never any real technical details about what he did.
A primary advantage of atmospheric electricity compared to solar and wind is that it runs 24/7, night and day.
The main disadvantage seems to be the sheer size and height of the antenna required to deliver small amounts of power.
Agreed. The costs for such systems however seem to outweigh other systems. Giant windmills have moving parts that would need replaced/repaired at intervals. Hydro destroys the local environment. Nuclear...well yeh... Towers built properly for electrical collection would need minimal maintenance I believe as compared with other methods....
You're right, it has a huge advantage over solar, notice everyone seems to keep quiet about the fact solar only works properly 4 hours out of every 24. Divide the cell efficiency of 30% by the 16% of the day they actually work and the power generated for the money they cost is pretty poor.
There's no way of estimating how much wind power generates over a given 24 hours, it's too random.. but wind farms are now in the 100s of megawatt range... that's a fairly large target to compete with.
This way the metal plates are always charged to high voltage and attract free electrons and free ions from the air which charge your caps much better.
Also don´t use LEDs as they have a much too high threshold voltage.
yea i was wondering about the threshold voltage of the leds no letting as much energy through. whos hacker club?? really i dont need to insulate the plates??. i was just copying teslas patent the best i could and he stressed the importance of insulated plates. ill try what you say about the foil. what do you mean by electret foil. is that like when you run high voltage through cooling wax and leaves a permanant charge in the wax, but i never heard of electret foil. thank you for helping me out
There is heaps of power out there, I know it.
It only takes some perseverance and a bucket of dole to get it right. I see no other way.
The most important thing is to get it in resonance with the earth so it starts bouncing.

soo charge the sheet and leave it at 5000 volts? that makes alot of sense, this probabaly would allow the cosmic rays to be captured huh?

Hi Hackerclub,
well done,
but you need not to insulate the plates...
You need to have 2 metal plates onto
a high voltage electret foil in the center...
This way the metal plates are always charged to high voltage and attract free electrons and free ions from the air which charge your caps much better.
Also don´t use LEDs as they have a much too high threshold voltage.
Use very fast shottky diodes like the MUR4xxxx
series..
