You're right that is a good point, but for the subject, which is the health of our future generation, it is not a good time to force the argument of Rights. Especially when obesity and diabetes is labeled as an epidemic, we know what is right. Fighting for the sake of this country's rights instead of fighting for this country's children's life span is not very fair.
