  • this is not a renegade row, its a plank row. renegade has a push up . Its also a chest and back exercise and minimal core, but the way you have done it is just an upper back exercise.

  • GREAT form with that much weight. (i'm pretty new to conditioning) we do these in conditioning and they're pretty brutal

  • Very nice. Good form too. Most vids and photos ive seen of this exercise people are rotating way too much in their hips and shoulders..
