this is not a renegade row, its a plank row. renegade has a push up . Its also a chest and back exercise and minimal core, but the way you have done it is just an upper back exercise.

Very nice. Good form too. Most vids and photos ive seen of this exercise people are rotating way too much in their hips and shoulders..
