download u torrent and when the its downloaded a thing will pop up look for the port and replace it with your port number wich is comonly 43594 or 55555 after that just keep it running.... also if you dont have no-ip you need to download it and make a host and make sure on your no ip check the box by your server name
alright so is you ip address the same cause if so ill play it do i have to download anything or do you have a webclient? p.s. in game name will be saintaa

Look Up about Port forwarding, if you have a router u need to forward you ports.

download utorrent,find the 'preferences' thing and set the port to 43594 AFTER you run the server.
