How does a baby fracturing its skull from a fall seem impossible to the prosecutors? Are they experts at fracturing skulls?

And what does that have to do with blaming the fracture on the nearest person?

Just because they don't understand what happened doesn't allow them to accuse the woman of whatever they think she did.

And if a baby falls down and cries, how would she know the lump on it's head is a fracture? There's the 2 hours.

@gilbet I would guess that's the thing, the 2 hours. Also, the news I just seen on my homepage said that the injuries would have been "impossible" from a fall from a crib. There might have pics of that baby with it's skull smashed in, I don't know, but I would assume that's why she was convicted of manslaughter instead of murder. I just read she was sentenced to 20 years.

I was married to B.B.T. years before im and Angie met, having struggled together up till his nomination for Slingblade. We have two teenage sons together making Amanda their half sister.I found a loving, gentle and genuine heart in Amanda. She often held our then baby boys. Amanda grew into a caring young lady. She would never even think to harm a baby! It scares me to think they could just stick her with first degree? What if it was harm previously done to the child, prior to Amanda sitting?

that's why baby sitters are for,,to take care of the babies.if you cant babysit,at least chose a child between 6-9 years old.they are old enough so you dont have to watch them all the time.

if your going to take the repsonsibility to babysit a baby than you shouldn't let one little mistake cause the baby his/her life. If she was going to be irresponsible she should've never taken the repsonsibility. She deserves the consequences.
