dirk gets his credit for being one of the greatest shooters this league as ever seen, but honestly, how many seven footers have possessed the agility and finesse dirk does on drives like these. Most seven footers can't come close to doing what he does offensively, driving the lane or shooting.
I am worried that on Christmas day the heat are going to be really pumped up watching Dallas get their rings and their banner.... They will probably win that game.

This was a huge turning point in the series. Things would have been much different if Miami protected their big lead and went up 2-0. They would have had all the momentum and confidence on their side going to into Dallas. Instead one bad finish got them back into their old habits of not being able to finish and close out tight games. Lebron was never the same after this collapse either. He played scared and passive the rest of the series, which showed just how mentally weak he really is.

It's interesting to me how it seems like every NBA Finals is pretty much decided, or at least the scales are tipped heavily, by one team collapsing and another team pulling off a dramatic comeback in just one game. 2008 - Boston coming back on L.A. in Game 4, 2009 - Lakers came back from 5 down with about a minute to play in Game 2 and 5 down with 30 seconds in Game 4. 2010 - Lakers back from 13 down vs. Boston in Game 7. And of course, 2011 - Mavs from 15 down with 7 minutes to go in Game 2.
After the Portland game 4 meltdown, Dallas took a lot of lessons from that. In this comeback and their other ones this year, they played the role of Portland and turned the tables on their opponents.

It's interesting to me how it seems like every NBA Finals is pretty much decided, or at least the scales are tipped heavily, by one team collapsing and another team pulling off a dramatic comeback in just one game. 2008 - Boston coming back on L.A. in Game 4, 2009 - Lakers came back from 5 down with about a minute to play in Game 2 and 5 down with 30 seconds in Game 4. 2010 - Lakers back from 13 down vs. Boston in Game 7. And of course, 2011 - Mavs from 15 down with 7 minutes to go in Game 2.
