  • he is my idol

  • ya go brodeur i cant believe after this season he only has 2 years left on his contract

  • shit,if i remember its 3 doors down,i just cant remember what its called

  • nice saves! :D 5*

  • what song

  • mostlysunny117 ... he is not Patrick Roy, he is greater than Roy HAHA GO DEVILS GO BRODEUR IS THE MAN and How about Scott Clemmensen

  • he's a great goalie, but he's no patrick roy

  • excactly, hes better than him

  • ok if broduer stayed healthy this year, he would have broken roys record already, he has more shutouts, more goals scored but one physically, he swept the red wings in the stanley cup in his second year in the nhl, brought the devils to the confernce finals in his first year, won 4 venzia trophies, 3cups, the calder, and on top of that he still has three more years left on his contract after this season

  • wow lol you just shut him up in like 5 sentences haha very nice!!! haha

  • that's right he's not... he'll be greater than roy...

  • He IS greater than roysku

  • He is greater than roy,now

    hh4 wins and 104 shutouts :D

  • Go Devs

  • cool save at 1:56

  • at 0:22-0:24 that was cool and brodeur is the best goalie

  • Martin Brodeur is the best he's my favourite goaile anyway nice video GO DEVILS GO MARTIN BRODEUR soon patrick roy is going to be nothing to brodeur

  • dont forget that the trapezoid rule is mostly in effect BC o Marty....and luongo and maybe 1 other but mostly BC o Marty.

  • martys the best....even after his defense( #3,4,27,28)was disasembled over the past seasons the devs w marty still have one of the lowest goals against. and dont ever forget Richter!!!!!!!

  • Those were the days...3,4,27,28,5, and 25 on D (As Nieuwendyk, not Arnott)

    16, 17, 89, and 25 (Arnott)...imagine if we kept them!

  • best goalie of all time, and I hate the devils

  • ...and I hate you...got the first part right though...

  • roys the best of all time and brodeur second and gettin close BUT MILLER SUCKS ARE U SERIOUSE!!!!1

  • Then why are all of Roy's records dissappearing?

  • I didn't like the music but video itself was ok.

  • are you kidding me

  • nobody is better than brodeur he is the best ever !!!!!devils for life!!!!!!!

  • The butterfly style is when you play the percentages and go down with your arms tucked in and your pads sprawled out. The most common brodeur move is the stacking of the pads or the "half-butterfly." You also mentioned Sawchuk and mobility; this is true put you must also consider the new composite sticks creating harder shots, the new speed to the game, and Sawchuk played in a time where not much focus anywhere but Ontario was on the NHL.

  • The Artist is 3 doors Down. not sure of the song

  • somebody wrote: what's the name of the song ???

    And who is the artist?

  • ryan miller and patrick roy are better than brodeur

  • That's hilarious. You've obviously never watched a hockey game in your life if you think Ryan Miller is better than Brodeur.

  • what is this song called and brodeur is the best goalie in the world

  • "Duck and Run" by 3 Doors Down

  • Brodeur is amazing he is number 1 in history he has done more things than other goalies and has broken many more records then Roy or Sawchuck excuse me for my spelling of Sawchuck if it is wrong. You put Brodeurs statistics against them and he would kick the crap outta both of them.

  • I agree that Brodeur is amazing. But it's hard to compare him to Sawchuck. Sawchuck played in like the '50's and '60's. The standup style of goaltending at that time was quite different from what Brodeur uses. See what Brodeur, stands, is legs are more spread so he has better agility. Goalies in Sawchuck's time stood with their pads as close together without touching. So it was harder for them to make saves where they had to move across the crease.

  • I'm sure you know that a goalies' mobility plays a big role in how well he'll play. So in that respect, Brodeur has a HUGE advantage over Sawchuck. To prove my point, look at even Tretiak in goal when he stood. And he played up until the '80's. Brodeur was very lucky to be exposed to Roy who popularized the butterfly which really emphasizes that whole staying low to the ice with the legs farther apart.

  • Now, you are impl;ying that brodeur's style is butterfly. That is not true. Brodeur's style can't be classified as stand-up or butterfly, because his style is truely unique. You will see brodeur go down to his knees rarely, but when he does, his body is usually turned to the side.

  • srry guys hes 2nd best in nhl history

  • only good thing about the devils.what's there not to like about the guy?plays an exciting style of goaltending and his leg pads are old school.Doesn't go up to his neck like some of these other jokers.

  • He truly is amazing but if you want an astounding video search hockey and watch the patrick roy one. Brodeur definetly deserves his jersey hung in new jersey. Hes a goalie god.

  • Aww it didnt show the one where he is on his stomach and his legs kicks the puck out in mid air with the blades of his skates. That was the sickest save ever

  • DetlzRed = You're damn right Brodeur is better than Roy he will beat his records.

  • brodeur is the best goalie in nhl history...he's great!!

  • nice video better than Patrick Roy

  • u got thats right

  • what's the name of the song ???

  • duck and run by three doors down
