That Just Completely Demolishes The Concept Of Free Will, I Would Rather Think Of It As There Is A Set Beginning And A Set End, What Happens Along The Way And All Those Little Details Are Up To The Individuals.
Maybe some people "cut" themselves, but people also "bleed" by no fault of their own. Sometimes charities may enable people to persist in poverty and promote laziness. But if a person is bleeding too bad, sometimes you have to bandage first, then take to the hospital and followup later.

@IAmAFugitiveOnTheRun If someone is bleeding, you can't stand around asking what hurt them, they need a tournicot. Asking questions and pushing for the restructure needs to happen, but help is help. Sometimes a restructure isn't in our power, whereas charity is.

Who are we to decide what is right for another? We all choose and decide for ourselves. Being selfish is not a bad thing. Do what you feel is right for your self.
