  • Just discovered this amazing lady via youtube. Great version of a beautiful song. Talented and beautiful!

  • Dalida repented singing this song because she is of arabian origin. she made up for this mistake by releasing a series of songs in arabic in which she praised her home country Egypt... I am sure of this info

  • RIP Dalida!

  • Beautiful!!!

  • :D

  • i too am a citizen of the world. Damn the world. I want to go home to Israel. To Jerusalem. Our Capital. If your trespassing...Get Out. Syria, Jordan, Lebanon. You have divided up My land as if it were yours. The diaspora is ending. Behold You will see signs and wonders. Love, Yeshua the son of Yahweh (jew god.)

  • @MrPerryandrews I can't believe you just said that Syria, Jordan and Lebanon divided your country. Do your homework before typing down foolish words that have no basis of truth. You are an uneducated person it is evident.

  • she's beautiful

  • love

  • Dalida was a promoter of peace and was thus in many ways a woman misunderstood in a world where hate reigns, going like the trout swimming against the river currents...Her love for peace prompted her to sing many hebrew songs, in a time when Egypt felt a need for peace toward its neighbor Israel. For the much of the past half century, Egypt's presidents have alternated between hate and tolerance, at times causing Dalida to remain outside of her native Egypt in a depressive self-imposed exile.

  • A hope, a wish, a dream. Top stuff.

  • YOLANDA CRISTINA GIGLIOTTI IN ARTE Dalidda

  • salmo 133: Mirad que bueno y que hermoso es vivir los hermanos juntos en armonia

  • Beautiful.

Focusing on beauty and peace instead of religions, politics and conflicts.

  • Dalida was born in Egipt but her family was of Italian origin.

Her birth name- Yolanda Cristina Gigliotti.

  • Sorry to correct you, yet you spell it:

    Iolanda Cristina Gigliotti

as in Italian the letter Y is rarely used, it is of Greek origin. She considered herself an Italian and a French, and an international person. In Egypt, by the way, she had become Miss Egypt. However, despite her friendly and open mindset, and that she loved her native country, she considered other counries to be her own.

    Cheers.

  • Dalida is the voice of unity and peace NOT of hate and division. She could have helped to bring peace if she would have lived. Let us not sully her voice, spirit and memory with talk of division and hatred. Peace to the world ! Shalom ! Spread the love.

  • your talking about her as if she hadn't lived... didn't she?

  • Yes she commited suicide.

  • @Molonca =[

  • awasome voice!!!!!!!!!!! dalida!!!!!

  • Cudownie wykonana pieśń. Fenomenalna DALIDA!!!

  • yes hine matov tehilim 133 shalom

  • Oh que bueno y hermoso es cuando los hermanos juntos conviven en armonia...

  • 3Rules4Europe troll,

    ROFLOL,

Dalida is on record as disagreeing with your asinine opinion....and even more amusing not even YOU agree with YOU....

YOU'RE STILL BREATHING!!!!! Ha! Ha! Ha!

"That being said, keep trolling you lowly life form, you are not worth the attention of anyone"....but YOU gave Fr. Philip YOUR ATTENTION....THAT MEANS YOU ARE NO ONE!!!!! Ha! Ha! Ha!

    THAT BEING SAID....LOL!

  • "but YOU gave Fr. Philip YOUR ATTENTION"

And you gave me yours in return, which means you are worth even less...

  • 3Rules4Europe troll, LOL....

YOUR sick fantasies hardly define our WORTH, and what merits OUR ATTENTION! Our relationships are REAL & GOOD....while your hate-filled universe is totally predicated upon deceit.

Fr. Philip happens to be a beautiful human being, of whom you are as ignorant as you are of Dalida! But if you continue to take your meds, your mental health may improve! ;)

  • No I am really Egyptian and I don't hate Christians and Jews. and I feel ashame that Dalida "who lived at Egypt" and made wonderful national songs for Egypt sings for people at Israel who are satisfied by killing children.I really gonna boycott those national songs.

  • Yes, Arab, Coptic, & other Christians in Mohammedan lands suffer serious persecution....we pray for them every Lord's Day at Mass.

  • Israel allows freedom of religion, unlike the Arab/Mohammedan tyrannies.

    + Shalom Eretz Yisrael! :)

  • I am part of a support committee for Arab Lutheran Christians in Israel, and there is freedom of religion in Israel. Of course, if Arabs of ANY religion side with "Palestinian" terrorists....

THEY WILL & SHOULD BE EXTERMINATED....

    GOOD JOKE! ;)

    + Shalom Eretz Yisrael!

  • Freedom of religion in Arab countries? LOL, Ha Ha Ha!

GOOD JOKE! I suppose Egypt would be the "BEST" place for Christians in the Arab world, although every Copt I've met tells a long history of persecution & death from the Mohammedans. But in most other locales, especially Saudi Arabia, there is either great official or popular persecution of Christians.

BUT EVERYONE WITH A COLLEGE EDUCATION ALREADY KNOWS THESE THINGS!

  • Please, somebody knows what this song means? This looks interesting and wonderful for me

  • Translated the hymn means: How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in harmony.

  • Psalm 133:1 in Hebrew/KJV Holy Bible! :)

  • This es even better that I could imagine, because this Psalm is very significant to me, very important. Thank you

  • woman may have come from man but they are dfferent ,very different.i don't think many woman want to put in with man.

  • judy21549, God created ALL MEN, male & female, equal. We are all MEN. "Woman" means "of Man"...."Man" means "huMAN"....mankind.

Nice try, but both genders belong to the same species....our distinctives do not negate our unity. In fact, Dalida said something very close to that in 1975! :)
