Looks mostly like a new-age hippie breakfast. Only thing missing is the granola. You can get plenty of nutrients from a simple scrambled egg and spinach breakfast (oops, sorry I forgot, eggs come from an animal. Eating eggs is like kidnapping and murder, right?) What he made was basically a healthy snack -- not a meal. I've been eating nuts all my life and I never heard of soaking almonds over night to release the toxins into the water, what's that all about?
@wildnites558 YOu can't eat too many eggs, though. If u want to be eating egg all the time, u need to have a generally clean diet otherwise eggs can add to ur problems. And I used to eat egg all the time and it gets OLD. U need variety. there's nothing wrong with eating a 'new age hippie' breakfast to shake things up. And granola is NOT the healthiest thing. He's using seeds which is MUCh better.
Of course is fast breakfast! it will take you more time to prepare pancakes even if you just have to put some water in instant flour, and is much more healthier.
This is a great idea and combination of seeds I love it, I'm always wondering how can I eat my oatmeal in a new way.
u can always use ground flax seeds,or cold milled flax instead of whole just to make it more easy, but u loose up on the omega 3 fats from flax if u put it in hot temp.... so wait for the porridge to cool before u add flax....
It's the phosphates that are being removed by soaking but the entire dish is acidifying, contributing to bone demineralization, destroying bacterial flora to reduce nutrient absorption.
Alwaws love knowing what other people put in their oatmeal. Your oatmeal looks fantastic. I think I'll definitely have to give it a try with ALL those ingredients. Thanks.

We need a healthy liver first. A clean liver makes the absorption of nutrients possible.

Good video! Maybe you should measure exactly how much of everything you're throwing in, and find out the macronutrient breakdown next time around.
