they are chem spraying in space. this will be the killer bug that they will tell you it came in on a comet ect.

What's in the Water being Dumped? Waste matter etc. What's in the Waste Water or matter? Is the Altitude high enough to cause No Damage to the air when it falls as rain OR Other? I understand it's 348+ miles above Costa Rica. By the time the Waste reaches the ground in tiny particles, it will have spread over the area of a continent or more, I THINK. Will it cause birds falling from the sky?

@Cecelle8910 The fuel cells create very clean water from the hydrogen and oxygen carried on board to generate electricity. It's good enough to drink, but after they leave the ISS, it's just excess. Part evaporates, part freezes, but all of it will evaporate before it reenters. Totally harmless, and trivial compared to the many tons of meteors that hit the earth each day.
