Looks like an orange belt to me. Kata's are supposed to be simulated Fights. It's too slow. I understand the need for Crispness of movement but She would have gotten her ass whooped 19 times if she moved that slow in a real fight. The Blue belt was much smoother and quicker movement I'll never understand the Screaming I was always told to Kia, or Kiap, However your martial arts spells it. You're throat isn't supposed to hurt after fighting :P, Just your Opponent. Excellent video all the same :D

RED BELT verry good improve ur kicks but verry good power and speed annan very good kata and choice for ur finals :) BLUE BELT improve ur power and speed but ur kicks are very good and good cat stance well done very good kata
