They are singing in Swahili but am not sure which country the group is from because Swahili is spoken in Zanzibar, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Democratic Republic of Congo and even Rwanda and Burundi...I've not really listened to the whole song but they are basically saying the world is passing away...
