A lot of attention must be paid to Ron Paul's perspectives on a great deal of things.
But this is a two-party system and it is a pity to see all these efforts and momentum go to waste. Though Paul might stand for all the things you mentioned, our political system is far more complex than just having a mission statement. To REALLY get things done in government, there is a lot of arm-twisting, private dealing and compromising that needs to take place. GINGRICH is superb in that respect.
@MrLibertad2012 This depends greatly on inclination. If you support Ron Paul because Obama didn't fulfill his foreign policy promises and you're a democrat then that is one thing. But if your support is rooted on your desire to see a conservative republican in the white house, then Newt is the more realistic choice.
Again I respect and admire Ron Paul but as a Republican I prefer to see Gingrich win the Primary for he has Experience....(or baggage )
@associatedlinkmedia Neither one nor the other, I'm an independent that supports the Constitution, personal civil liberties, consistency, freedom, integrity, and a sound monetary system....and Ron Paul represent all of these.
