That's right, it's an old danish tv-commercial for playing the football pools.

They made at least 3 different ones like this.

One with the old salt/pepper shaker joke, where he unscrews the cap.

Another one with some tourists, where they ask him to take a picture. And he asks them to back up so much, that one of them slides in a dog turd.

All under the same slogan:
