I've had this shake before. I saw a video of Trey Brewer making it. I don't like normal oatmeal normaly, but I do like this drink with normal oatmeal. Try to let the oatmeal sit in the fridge so it can absorb the milk. Add some creatine, beta-alanine, glutamine, andd-ribose. I like chocolaten protein. :)

You need carbs to be able to "shuttle" the protein to your muscle cells (insulin used as the "train", kind of an analogy), and to be able to activate your muscle glycogen stores. Also ur forgetting the EFA's in the vid, like flax oil or fish oil or something.
You don't NEED carbs at all, I eat less than 30g of carbs a day with one high day of 60g per week and I put on 10 kg of muscle last year (constant bf % so it was all muscle)

Here in Japan the only oats I can find are instant oats, they've been rolled and cut. Most bodybuilders have them for breakfast but I have this shake about 3 times a day. Each shake has about 500 calories, so if you are like me and want to gain wait (muscle) then have it between meals.

i do actually put oatmeal into my protein shakes occasionally especially when i know i would not be able to eat 3 hours later. Although I don't use milk. BCAA+ Whey Isolate+ gatorade or oatmeal post workout.

Nice Vid! if you have spare time try using a blender and even add a bannana and some yoghurt, this way everything is blended and your not lef with the mush at the bottom you have to chew up.

Grind up the oats first (coffee grinder), otherwise you'll have to *chew* down the shake. Also, you filled the bottle up too high.

True..or just order Ultra Fine Scottish oats from myprotein!! a couple of quid for a kg worth and the moer u order the cheaper it gets..they also sell flavoured and unflavoured whey with more protein per serving than any branded manufacturer and with more servings per kg bough than any other. Too many supplements like Muscletechs etc are over hyped with a load of flashy packagin and Claims. i like 2 scoops MP whey, 2-3 scoops fine oats, crushed flaxseeds and a banana. Around 650-800cals.

If you want to lose weight and gain muscle then use the shake as a meal replacement. It very filling and I love it. I hope it helps you with your personal goals. Thanks for watching this video. To keep motivated by watching bodybuilding video, and the occasional compliment from the ladies. This shake has totally changed me, try it!

Here in Japan the only oats I can find are instant oats, they've been rolled and cut. Most bodybuilders have them for breakfast but I have this shake about 3 times a day. Each shake has about 500 calories, so if you are like me and want to gain wait (muscle) then have it between meals.

good video, do you know how many calories are in this? plus you can add glutamine etc.. in also, I didnt know you could eat oats like this I assumed you must heat it
