I made some fairy wings.

And I put old earrings, beads, ribbons, sparkles, small beads, dimes, glitter, paints, nail polish and strings on it.

They were my Halloween costume and they were pretty rad.

I'm using them as my art project in art class for the quarter. (Faerie theme)

As far as I'm concerned, tattoos are a form of personal expression. Whatever you get, it's an expression of who you are at the time you get the tattoo. Speaking as someone with six different tattoos that express different parts of me, I feel like I'm basically mapping out my life's history for ever on my own body. When my grand children ask me what they are, I have stories behind each of them.
