@IDKskatekrew Maybe not the heel of a vulc but the toe is probably the one that goes first, I've had almost all my vulcs the toe comes off.

Since the upper is fused to the mid-sole and out-sole the out-sole will never again separate from the upper as it sometimes occurs in traditional vulcanized shoes, therefore the STI Fusion Technology shoes are significantly more durable in that respect. In all aspects the Fusion Technology shoes are either equally durable or more durable than traditional vulc shoes.

@Rx4x7x HOLY SWEET MONKEY BALLS!!! But is it more durable than the e-seude itself? Because sheckler is releasing his 5th pro model shoe with this technology, but Malto has the e-seude and I'm looking more for durability..So will the fusion outlast the e-seude?

STI E-Suede is an upper technology. STI Fusion is a shoe construction technology. You can have both. I belive a future version of the éS Square Two is going to be constructed with both STI Fusion and STI's E-Suede. Maybe they'll put E-Suede on the Sheckler 5 too, but I'm not sure. Also it might be possible that the Malto shoe will be made with STI Fusion Technology.
