  • how do his knees survive this? how is he injury free?

  • I think Andy will not be nº1 because Nadal is 25 and Nole is 24, very hard for him to overcome this two!

  • and his doing all that with those 10 kilo shoes on. Worst edition of the barricades from adidas.

  • 1:20

  • 1:21

  • 1:22 wuah!!!that's hard that's hard...

  • I love you master trainner

  • If he played more aggressive he wouldn't have to train so much on quickness ahahahaha joking a little ;) Andy is the ultimate pusher!

  • 1:19 (orange guy) the most important part of tennis

  • i wonder what kinda training federer does

  • I can't afford to do the first drill. Shoes are expensive...

  • Good luck he have some money look at the left shoe getting fuc#$^ up

  • nadal is faster....

  • PHWAAARRRRGHHHHHH!

    Love you Andy!

  • fuck your ass ,your bitch htssnr1

  • My tennisclub has started with all exercises shown in this video. They are really good. :)

  • this is damn tired

  • good long thlowing seems like football

  • LMFAO at the end.. was that necessary lol!!!!

  • For the second part of his training is it ok to use the whole court or is it better to only use half?

  • @luckylatio77

The idea behind the second part is the lunges. You get one hop to the right, and then one hop to the left, crossing the right leg over as if you are reaching for volleys. You do as many as you can in 30 seconds. Then you switch and cross the other leg (since you want to have a symmetric workout).

If you use the whole court, you will take running steps, which eliminates the lunge-and-reach idea. It is better to only use half the court.

  • just as i thought... stupid extennis coach of mine taking other ppls ideas and using them as his own without acknowledging the use of them... fool

  • @luckylatio77

The drill is more going from side to side in the shortest amount of time. If you use the whole court, it's more sprinting from side to side. Does that make sense? :D

  • @huangyishi yeah but that just ruins the whole purpose of the training

  • @luckylatio77

The purpose of the training is going from side to side with quick lunges, unless you can go full court and reach each side with one lunge, the drill would not be the same.

  • sounded like he was screaming fuckkkkkkkk at the end

  • lol at the end

  • how big is andy murray in america?

  • pretty popular, actually. more than some may expect.

  • i don't know why cause most of us back here (scotland) think hes a grumpy git most of the time, could do with smiling more to be honest

  • they might call 911 if id do that

  • Amazing athelete, must be the fittest guy in tennis

  • i would love to do such exercises but my knee is totally damaged...at the age of 21....

  • ROFL! The scream at the end was hilarious. Andy should grunt like that when he hits the ball.

    well done, Andy, well done.

  • damn i would be tired!

  • Man, that looks boring as hell.

  • Haha, loved the last one. Great job Andy!

  • The second and third fitness test/exercise were right out of the the Pat Etcheberry tennis fitness program.

  • Remind me not to become a professional tennis player. Looks tiring...

  • whats so "pussy" about that?

  • supertrex 2

  • its for abdomen muscle, Federer also uses that kind of training.

  • wowow so fit! nice roar hahah

  • go andy good luck at the us open

  • Nice roar at the end (:

  • Footwork, the most underated, but most important part of tennis

  • I think Andy is going to be the new World number 1 one day.

  • MURRAY = BONO

  • Come on Andy! Way to go!!!

  • at 0:22, that helps with the volley right?

  • that helps with recovery after a deep volley. He is training the push off to recovery plyometric strength in his right thigh. That drill burns man....

  • Yes it does. It strengthens your leg muscles in that way, so that you are able to lunge and get to volleys better at the net.

  • GO ANDY! =]
