I find it easier to go through, not bullshitting, but just going through the first time and see what you get. If it's Veteran good, but if it's not you should just pick up the USP w/tac knife and the M9. Maybe I'm just good with the pistols, but I think the assault rifles have too much penetration and the mp5k is too inaccurate. The tac knife helps when you have to melee at the top of the stairs.When I did it, I got like 33 sec or so.With accuracy bonuses it was probably about 31 secs if not 31

for anyone thats trying to get the achivment to do this mission and the next on veteran , you can simply finish this mission , select vetran ( this can be done regardless what time you have ( i got hard) and finish this mission .

you still have to do the next mission on vetran but getting this to 30 sec might be a pain for some

way low on accuracy. You can get like 160% by shooting them in pairs. Only use single shot handguns.
