yes they do, IR camera/ goggles read heat signatures not light, they convert the heat signatures into light so that we can see it... what you all are arguing with me about is the same as saying that by putting a green light filter on your camera lense gives you night vision.... Heat isnt a color so therefore no light filter could give you thermal vision.... Its basic sceince people
