Monday- chest and triceps (lg muscle groups- use high number of sets). Tuesday- back and biceps (back- many sets, biceps- few sets; it's a small muscle group). Wednesday- legs and shoulders (legs- many sets, shoulders- few sets; it's a small muscle group). Thu- off. Friday- repeat Monday.
Hey, I have a bowflex at my house...unfortunately my brother lost all the dvd's /insturctional tapes! I am trying to get a 5 day workout routine...any possibility you can give me an idea one what to do lets say (monday-chest/arms) tuesday-(back/shoulders) ...etc...! Just lost without the tapes!

i got my bloflex about 3 weeks ago and havent stop using it. i love it. but i want to know what excersice should i do to lose my belly. Help please?
