Thanks for the video. After reading about the tragic mistakes people have made over the years at this majestic site, this video gives an awesome perspective into the challenges of the climb. Preparation and an experienced guide seem to be imperative. I got a little vertigo when you shot the footage over the ledge on top of Half Dome. Nice job.

@teebag66 Thanks, just saw the comment. This was filmed before the recent accidents at the falls and Half Dome. We camped on the Merced river the night before the final climb and the cables. I highly suggest people do that. It gives you a chance to A. rest your legs for a night and B. make sure the weather is right hours before you take on the cables My friend in the video had turned back from the cables twice because the weather was either wet or too cold. That rock is slick on dry days.
