Africa could indeed take off economically, like china, if they had just one more missing ingredient.....billions of Chinese!!! The MOST VALUABLE natural resource of China is an average IQ over 102!!! The GREATEST IMPEDIMENT to economic growth in Black Africa is an average IQ under 76!!! Let's be honest people...economically, BLACK = LACK....and it always will for this most primitive, impulsive and violent of all races.
