good showreel! but i spotted a few flaws, the dinosaure's walk is not really convicing to me, his right leg seems to slide across the floor and there is some popping.the climbing animation is good but the backflip seems unrealistic, as if there was no gravity to it.maybe try to anticipate it more? the expolsion was very well done. keep it up!

duuuuhhhh ... motion capture is very often used in 3d animations , especially in animating life forms. running and walking looks like it was motion captured (army soldiers). before insulting learn bit more :P
