  • EXCELLENT LEGENDS QUEEN

  • This video is the proof that the Queen can return on tour!

    My dream formation:

    Brian on Guitar & Lead Vocals;

    Roger on Drums & Lead Vocals;

    Spike Edney on Keyboards & Backing Vocals;

    Jamie Moses on Guitar & Backing Vocals;

    Neil Murray on bass.

Thumbs up to let Brian read!

  • Good grief!! Tom Chaplin belted out its a hard life. That's one hell of a performance. I've always loved Keane, and love his live shows with them, but that was his best live vocal. Queen are and will always be the best band in the world.

  • Is that Mark King of Level 42 on bass?

  • We really love this guys...we never forget the Queen... Brazil always will remenber the songs...

  • why isn't Brian May a Knight yet?? He's always doing these charity things for the Crown. Someone hook this man up already!

  • His solo-ing before Last Horizon really makes me wish he'd put out a cruisy, mellow solo album. Bit like David Gilmour's "On An Island" or something. Come on Brian, get some more tunes out there you fuckin' legend.

  • Only Brian May can reduce me to tears like that with his guitar solos. He hasnt lost his touch!

  • Chaplin sang the fuck out of Hard life

  • Brian is the best

  • Is the guy playing drum Roger Taylor's son?

  • i am shocked at this dudes voice!!! i have never heard someone come so close to fredie's voice!!!!

  • I brividi...

  • Amazing performance from Tom Ch***** whateve his name is. Great cover version of a rarely heard song (its a hard life) and a difficult vocal to sing (as is anything by Freddie).

QUEEN FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Yeah...I was wondering if anyone would spot Rufus and Spike!

  • no one has freddie's voice but ive never herd any one with something so similar

  • come on! how can these guys play like this and not want to go back on tour?

  • WOW Brian !!!

  • LO MEJOR POR SIEMPRE QUEEN LO MEJOR DEL LOS CONCIERTOS

  • Bom bOM Bom pra caralho.Bom d+ veih Nossa !

  • Oh, they just rock the world - still!

  • Brilliant! Brians solo in 'these are the days of our lives' is spine chilling

  • Brian must be getting old... they did It's A Hard Life live many a times on The Works Tour... great video! great band! Miss Freddie!! Brian do all us Queen fans a favor and stay away from lady gaga

  • @pmoney200 plus live in rio

  • credits at the que

    Mark brzezickj

    Nick Mason (pink floyd)

keyboard and back vocals Guy fletcher (but i tought he was spike edney..)

bass and back vocals Mark King (level 42)

girls on back. vocals aren't the Fabba of the Brian May Band tour 1998?

  • @ziofagio is nick mason there?

  • Só faltou John Deacon :/ mas ficou Ótimo mesmo assim .

  • Solo from Days... is divine

  • A Hard Life -- Wow! This cover was done extremely well! This was an awesome set.

  • Isnt that felix taylor, or rogers son, drumming?

  • @chrisalexander21

    It´s Roger´s son Rufus.

  • Love the mutual smile between May and Chaplin at 14:05. Two musicians doing what they love and loving what they do.

  • I think Midge would play the part of commander Kashoggi rather well!

  • good of Tom to make an effort and dress smartly!

(At least he has lost some weight)

  • instead of wwry, they should have played "i do like to be beside the seaside"

  • Classic Brian May frantically dashing back to his mic from the middle of the stage haha

  • 0 dislikes, this is how all Queen video's should be...

  • The drummer is the Son of Roger Taylor and the Bassplayer is Mark King

  • The drummer is the son of Roger Taylor!

  • somebody knows who the backing musicians are?

  • I'm sorry Bri, but here you're in the wrong. It's A Hard Life was played live by Queen during the Workstour in '84. How could you forget? Getting old ;-)?

  • Wow - The Seven Seas of Rhye - how many years since they'd played that?

  • @maxmercury 15?

  • Dr. Brian May! Not Mr. haha :)

  • Utterly brilliant. Its A Hard Life made my eyes water! Utterly amazing by all! Last Horizon is always awesome and having Rufus on drums for These are the days of our lives was amazing too. Great video.

  • wonderfull the show continues@so nice to see rufus on drums the show certainly goes on somehow respec

  • Probably the best version of Last Horizon I've ever heard

  • Brian and Roger are still fucking awesome.

  • I wish John would join them for these kind of gigs. Great job on drums from Rufus! Spotted the 'fifth Queen' Spike Edney in the background.

  • they are fantastic :)) even without Freddie ...

  • C'mon, people! Brian is talking about what Tom Chaplin think and said when he decides to perform "I'ts a hard life". Brian May have the world greatest archive of Queen things!!!

  • Brian fucki'n great !!!

  • I'm a fan of queen since I was 11yrs, now i'm 36. But Brian Made a Mistake when he said that "It's a hard life" never been performed live, becouse it was in Rio de Janeiro in 85, anyway I love the band an all the songs,. the solo in last horizon is amasing as always

  • @nieradka listen to bootlegs as well

They played nearly every concert during the Works tour not only rio

It was a long time ago and he played many varied setlists but he definitley got that wrong

  • Brian nearly forgot to get to the microphone and sing :) you're such a legend Brian <3

  • Queen played Its A Hard Life during The Works tour. c'mon Dr. May you where there.

  • Tom Chaplin really did It's a Hard Life justice, I have to say. What a song!

  • todays radio shows shoud be full of this! then people would realise what real music is. im 17 and wish i grew up when this was at its top!

  • Greatest!

  • the best band ever!!!!!!

  • Tom Chaplin is actually really good; never been a fan of Keane but he was brilliant.

  • Rufus was very good in Days Of Our Lives! I really like this, I wish I had been there!

  • Tom was fantastic.. there are a few artist that shine trough doing a Queen song .. George Michael is one too.. you could tell it was good just by looking at Brian's face.. he appreciated how could Tom was

  • @AS6VIDEO Good comment. George was probably the only one at the mercury tribute to do any song real justice imo. Tom was superb here, saw Keane this year, very good, full band line up, great show.

  • amazing !!!

  • Brian May makes makes me orgasm

  • @carooomargheee I agree ! A boy from Argentina lol!

  • @innuendo2987

    :)

    Girl from Italy!

  • Thanks for exists!!!!!

  • Great gig... Tom Chaplin did a great job.. sorry Paul... this was lot more Queen

  • QUEEN - after all those years still the BEST band EVER!!!

  • Top Stuff as always boys... rock on Queen....

  • FANTASTIC, AMAZING!!!

  • roger brian I love you especially freddy that was before and also now the biggest of music I love youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • brilliant what else can i say ,

  • Which guitar is he using here? Did he bring the "Old Lady" to this gig? Around the 19:00 mark I caught a glimpse of waviness in the bout where BHM rests his right forearm that looks like the original veneer. Does he ever trot out the old girl anymore? A gig before royalty should certainly qualify for a night out for the Fireplace!

  • Hoary Brian! Real father of guitar! =)

  • Amazing! Tom Chaplin has a real nice voice for It's A Hard Life! I think there will never be somebody with an awesome voice like Freddie Mercury had, but I think Tom Chaplin has a very nice and strong voice too! Again amazing!

  • Fantastic!!

  • Fantastic!!

  • Queen's best gig in yonks.

  • Queen's set was the highlight of the night for me and in particular Tom's song with them. shame about the quality of the video conversion especially when the original was shot in HD (and 3D for that matter)

  • bravo...fantastic ...Brian and 'red special' just give me goose bumps!!!! so great to see Rog and Brian together ♥

  • nice to see roger's voice spotlighted. he could have sung lead for other bands. rip freddie.

  • Wow that was fantastic... Freddie would of loved that performance...well done guy's!

  • Let´s stop talking and kick some asses with rock´n´roll darlings! FANTASTIC!!!

  • RRRRRRRRRRRoger Taylor

    Brian May Brian May!

  • @silviabulsara I'm the invisible man... No wait a minute I'm no man XD

  • @Motoko97 ahahaha great!!

  • @silviabulsara Love making un of the songs and still love them :P

  • Dr. Brian May, Mr. Roger Taylor: You make the rocking world go round!!!

  • Comment removed

  • That's great! Brian, Roger and, back, Spike Edney.... I miss so much John there. And of course, Freddie. But Tom Chaplin in It's a Hard Life bring tears to my eyes!!! I love this song!. Well, all together make my day a little bit happy!

    Thanks for sharing.

  • Never thought I'd be so excited to see Tom Jones sing a Queen song...even if it's just a fraction :) Oh and Brian...you kinda led off your Works album tour in South America with Hard Life on more than one night, but whatever, Chaplin made it sound new :)

  • MY GODDDDDD!!!!!!!!!! i just creamed my FUCKING pants listening to brian playing them kick ass riffs on seven seas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Tom Chaplin, great performance.

  • A maior banda de todos os Tempos, Queen. Brian May e Roger Taylor, tocam muito...

They know what to do... This is best music...

    So Beautiful.

  • I love these guys so much. Nothing or no one can give me the energy they do.

  • yo keep rockin' Brian

  • Days of Our Lives is beautifully performed here, they put their heart into it

  • amazing!!

  • Wow - I always liked Keane, but little did I realise what a great voice Tom has. Hard life - I don't even recall Queen doing that live!?!?

  • @jca111

Well there was the Works Tour...

  • Chapman is a good boy!

  • lol

  • Brilliant performance of brilliant songs

  • Both Queen members have aged beautifully !

  • Off all the MANY collaborations that BM & RT have assembled post Queen, (some I feel have been a little flat) I think this one is THE best (so far). You can tell a lot of thought & prep work was put into this. Great song choice, pace and execution. I mean, spot-on, from the heart & total class all the way...Goosebump City!!

  • Very nice performaning of An Hard Life, Brian's getting old but keeps rocking and this Chaplin guy sings great

  • Orgasmic. I mean, bloody brilliant!

  • yes, Rufus on drums ! isn't this wonderful ? !

  • At Last Horizon I cryed like a baby...

  • love it love it love! Chaplin doing "It's a Hard Life" is awe-some-ness!

  • Rufus on Drums?

  • Really would be nice to see Brian and Roger with maybe Adam Lambert just in a one-off show, but a proper rock n' roll one.

  • It's a Hard Life was performed live :S

I'm surprised at how well this guy did. Last Horizon was magnificent

  • Still got it, but Brian please dye ur hair, it makes me sad to see my hero getting old

  • @ZacVincent136 Although today his beautiful brown curls are greying, Brian is still the best guitare hero!

This is not age which counts, it is the talent which we carry in ourself!

  • @ZacVincent136 Hey, it's just hair.

  • That was awesome. Many thanks. Wish it had been shown on peasnts' TV instead of Sky!

  • It's a Hard Life was performed live on the Works Tour...is the old man loosing it?

(good to see the Queen lead singer has lost some weight)

  • Great tambourine playing Roger!

  • Mark King is cool but I prefer John Deacon!

And Freddie Mercury? Where is he? Why was he not there?

  • @gijsphilip Freddie wasn't there because he was busy being dead... Freddie passed away in 1991. Didn't you know that?

  • @gijsphilip Are you joking??? In what world you live? The last 19 years were you in an ICU or something similar?

Please.... Freddie's soul was there, I'm sure. The rest of him, I think were very, very busy in the other world....

  • Yes, of course I was joking. I live in this very world...LOL

  • Thanks for uploading it and think about people who don't see UK Television ;)

Congratulations for great concert and cause...

  • Brian and Roger still got it still the best ......................ps still miss u Freddie xx

  • They are always the best, also without Freddie and John, God Bless Brian and Roger

  • Very nicely, Is really good see roger and brian

    excelent!!!

    i really love Queen

  • Keane singer performance is really interesting, it's a shame he didn't sing on a few other covers. His voice is really close to freddy one. I think the result will be really better with him than paul rodger.

  • Absolutely fantastic! I had goose bumps, what a wonderful show they did.

  • nice upload

  • Seven Seas of Rhye = eargasm

  • Thanks for sharing. Pure energy, food for the heart and soul! Queen Rocks! ...Happy 2011!!! :-)

  • ROCK!!!

  • How awesome to see Tom Jones singing some Queen. Nice try from Tom Chaplin too. Brian & Roger please go on tour without Paul Rodgers. Any vocals the two of you can't manage, the audience can.

  • Incredible as always

  • I wish Brian and Roger would go on tour just one last time so I could see them...

  • What can I say apart from THANK YOU!

  • Wow. Just, Wow!

  • That was the best night of my life :)
