@DrMrSciDipling as far as i know tapered headtubes are only in the 2012 models - cant really help with what someone said on a forum... the 1-1/8 and 1-1/2" does refer to the tapered head tube - which is an overesized taper (more tapered than the industry standard)

I really like the red accents. I went with the ODI Ruffian grips in black with black lock rings after the OEM grips wore out. It's such a sweet ride and great for the trails that I like to ride!

I finally rode my 2010 white Stumpy comp after 2 months of cold and snow. I bought it in December 2010 so I could not try before. it's incredibly light and very handy. The best bike I've had to date. I must say that I had a norco bigfoot 2008 before ... Is not comparable.

I've got the elite and aggree it is great. Its really light and just pedals great. Also the stock tyres imo are great the front grips quite well here and the rear rolls fast.

cool bike. you should trim your brake lines and get everything in the right order.from the outside in: front brake, rear brake, front derailleur, rear derailleur. you can also get some straighter brake lines by loosening the 8mm nut at the bleed port and then rotating the line to the desired angle. just trying to keep the real nerds from making fun of you behind your back.
