@CHJ49 When they change his diapers they will see the chunks of Political idiots like Obama,Guliani and media talking heads that he has chewed up and shit out .
Most importantly he needs to start appearing to back the zionists and the nwo's. It's not like one no vote will matter anyway with all those crooks....er I mean colleagues of his in congress and the house. Let them buy you out and corrupt you if only temporarily. Gain the presidency and then do a 360°, back to the Paul we already Love, give weekly educational telecasts / State of the Union addresses, so the masses can be enlightened and turn this mess around.....
He needs to abandon his his ideals temporarily and "play the game". Be a Guiliani of sorts...
Dumb it down so the average idiot will be not be scared off. Pick a running mate who looks like a SNL character really helps, also if you could get an Oprah like person, maybe Ellen Degeneres this time, to plug you on her shows....
If you like Ron Paul, check out Peter Schiff's videos, articles, and his podcast, all on one page at Peter-Schiff . com. Tell your friends about the continuing economic collapse.
I don't think Paul will run again. He's up there in age. i believe that's why he started his Campaign for Liberty. So we can do more stuff ourselves and it gives us the names of some candidates we can put our votes behind, even if they don't necessarily agree with us on ALL issues. It gives us a way to get some like-minded people in office and offers other cool stuff as well.
Shoulda shot Ron Paul that pointer on Al Jazeera with Riz Khan when I had the chance. I think he's slowing the whole thing down! To think I'd still help that damn old guy!
I still belive there was huge mischief in NH. How do you explain McCain getting 7% in Iowa and getting 49% in NH in 2000. Paul gets 10% in Iowa and 7% in a very Libertarian state? Does not compute! What a difference would a Paul NH win have made?
I wondered the same thing and said as much during the primaries... RP's campaign had the money but failed to put forth proper spending in NH pre-primary and AFTER to challenge the results.
I'd support Dr. Paul but would be very, very wary of his campaign staff and question everything prior to giving like I did last time. Too many questionable areas where a LACK of SPENDING (when he had plenty) dominated my concerns.
I agree - I wrote in Ron Pail's name as did quite a few I know . But this time , I think he CAN win IF we all pull together and fight the media . The polls don't vote , he who spends the most money does not necessarily win ( although it helps ) , PEOPLE vote and control elections . I'll take RP at age 76 as my candidate because he is more intelligent, lucid , honest and sharper than most half his age . Without Ron Paul , we are guaranteed to lose freedoms and go bankrupt.
CRAPCANNONS- I think a smart move would be for Paul to Run with Ventura as Vice and make a statement when he announces he's running that all the others you listed will be a part of his cabinet, reaching all splinter groups and across all party lines.
If this Reagan staffer can get these people to get behind Ron Paul then there's a chance.
It will be a challenge as I don't think Nader, Kucinich, and especially McKinney believe in free market capitalism - i think they still believe in the benevolent socialist government model.
If they can do it, however, it might just work, especially if the next 4 years suck as much as we predict they will.
He is an old man. He will be in diapers soon.

"increasing abandonment of conservative principles."
The only real consistent conservative principle of the last 80 years is an anathema of democracy and government.
That principle has never been abandoned.
Republican "principles" like a smaller government, free markets, states rights, and their positions on so called moral issues are myths and lies.
Why is Ron Paul still a republican?

I wrote in Ron Paul not because I thought he was going to win but because he was the only candidate who was qualified to be the president.
besides ron Paul is the only one who could take the oath of office while hooked up to a lie detector and pass.

The votes at the Iowa Straw Poll need to be counted in the open! There have been some shenanigans at this event in the past.
I agree with the strategy of focusing on Iowa. Dr. Paul can win the straw poll and if he campaigns there, he can even win the caucus.

Jesse Ventura needs to run as well! We have to convince him to run!
darkreign16 3 years ago
Kucinich, Nader, Baldwin, Ventura, etc will run as well, again splintering the 3rd party vote.
Unless you convince those people to back Ron Paul, Obama will get two terms.
