For Tech usage, does that mean that if you do that move, lets say you had used it over 100 times. Would you learn the new move after that?

pretty much, if you're going to learn that move, and you're the level. Say you beat the game and you used pyre seal (Sheena) 999 times, if you buy the tech usage, your next game it will still say that you've used the move 999 times. This helps for spells since the more you use a spell, the less casting time needed.

When you beat the game, your grade carries over. I've beaten it 7 times. XD

ok but, example(sry for my english i'm brazilian):If you beat the game once with 2500 grade, if you only spent 500 grade, u will still with 2000 right?When u finish the game another time you will have 3000 grade?(obvious + any grade you had in the game)

actually.. my first game, I had 600+ on my first game. Buy anyway, I'm not sure.. but I think the ENTIRE grade, even the ones you used up, all get added together. Plus, the Grade item in the grade shop increases the grade you get, so you just keep getting MORE AND MORE! :D (don't worry, I'm Filipino, but I can't speak it anymore DX)

Before I started this game, I beat Yggdrasil in mania, Lv 160, with only techs that didn't lead to others. I got my ex gems equiped, ex gems owned, titles, grade, gald, 10x exp, recipes, tech usage, uhhh.... let me check....
