Huuh?? I thought Lemons are Acidic? I'm confused now...so which fruits are Alkaline and which fruits are acidic? Or is it merely the amount of each which balances the health?

Most fruits are acidic, but they will produce alkalizing effect in blood (potassium salts and Ca). It is all about the final result of digestion. If you have problem of stomach over acidity, then you should switch to alkaline foods and alkalized water. It helps also agains stomach parasites, because parasites need acidic environment for living. That's right! The balance of K/Na is the key of pH balance in body. Ca and water are only neutralizers.

lemons are acid outside of body and alkaline within. All fruits must be eaten raw and separately. eat an apple, wait 20 minutes before eating melon and so on. all cooked fruits are acid-ash producing as are ones with sugar added. In fact, all cooked foods are acid-ash producing. This means after the foods are metabolized they leave an ash like burned wood does. this ash is acid or alkaline & affects the body. Best to look up ACID-ALKALINE ASH-PRODUCING CHARTS, it is less confusing.

There are a few ways to drink alkaline water:

1. Use an alkaline/acid water machine (price range fr. $1000 to $4000.)

2. Buy mineral drops and add into water each time you drink ( $10 to $40.)

3. Squeeze fresh lemon/ lime in your filtered water ($1 to $4.)
