would have taken me exactly 1 min to get the vacumer/sentral and done that job bfore that annoying slow shit robot ever thought about doing something at all. BIG waste of materials, energy ect whatever it took to make that useless thing..
This is not the original Roomba from iRobot, it's a copy. That is why you are having problems and no customer service. It even sounds like it's going to die. Stick to Roombas!
DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT buy the M-288 advertised on E-bay. Mine's broke down after 5 months and died completely after 7 months. Seller JLS4590 now ignores all correspondence. Not willing to help. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
They work pretty well. If anybody in your household has long hair though, then you'll have to dismantle the rollers every now and then (easy once you've done it once) to pull off all the hair.
Here I see in italy in some shops for around 100 euro. What's the difference between it and the roomba 560 that costs 370 euro and for last how do you open for clean it downside or easy?
Bit of a delay, but in case it helps anyone... mine died after a few months... because I left it plugged in... I think the battery overheated, it burnt my hand when I touched it.

I imported three of these from China, exactly this model, 2 of them broke within the week and the company offered nothing.

Mine was in the bin after about 3 months. Sad really, as I loved it for the duration it worked.
