I'm sorry but this is a rather debatable argument. I have two relatives who work in the airline industry and they've never had a situation where they felt "overworked" but let's say Northwest/Delta are wearing out their crew members. You still have to blame the pilots for not sleeping in shifts. Regardless of how tired you are, you have 150 lives in your hands. This could have been a LOT more tragic than it turned out. If you want to blame the airline, you still have to blame the pilots.
