@GideonBernstein I guess someone at MGM figured that this could be marketed as a Tom & Jerry cartoon (which were probably a lot more popular than Tex's), since it has a cat and a mouse in it. The only question is, why didn't they give the same treatment to *every* Avery cartoon with a cat and a mouse?
