I agree with you - the way she sings makes that line sound very flat. The harmonies are nice and tight as the song goes on though, good trio. What the hell is going on at the beginning? It sounds like theres a fight for the main melody line between a flute and dodgey oboe! (as well as the piano)

Hi girls, Well what can i say... The clips on here are great. I went to see the original in London with Lucie Arnaz, Maria Friedman and Joanna Riding, it was great,because of the stage sets,lights,and flying production in the west end. you dont need all that because of the talent you girls and the rest of the cast have. well done.

Isnt the flying bit meant to be a surprise?? why are the girls lit at the back fixing on thir own harnesses?? was this a school production?? and why can't any one who has commented on this speak proper english??

Remembering that the theatre company are about 7-16 year olds, and i think it would have been predictable if the lights went out and suddenly we were flying and trying to put the harnesses on in the dark - well i think I prefer my safety....You shouldn't pick up on tiny little things, what did you think of the singing and the performing, that's the most important thing in our eyes...thanks for your opinion though xx

Its lit so the girls can see to clip on and so the guys flying them can see that they are clipped on (industry standard). As the guy who designed the lighting and the flying system and was flying one of the girls figurd i was the best person to answer your dumbass question.
