On my first trip up to tehachapi, this was the first location I stopped at. Then, we moved up the road and to the actual loop where the memorial stone/plaque is that lists its history etc. I love tehachapi, it's my favorite railfanning hotspot.
Thanks man! My friend Bob knew of the place. He was riding with me and told me where to go. There was a public street right behind me and I had the camera aimed through a barbed wire fence.
