I like Larry and his work but not because Larry Elder is a master debate champion. I have seen him take on some of the best and put them in their place with his talent, education, and the gift to articulate in the most diplomatic demeanor without attempting to come across as if he is defending either side. This is a really good debate, and they both make excellent points. I almost always agree with Larry, but Doug is right, too. It's not very intuitive since electing Obama was a terrible blow against reason and capitalism. BUT, a Republican Party that supported McCain for president is useless for defending our freedom. Electing Obama hurt the US in the short run (a lot), but not much worse than electing McCain and it saved the GOP in the long run, which at least might be good.
