  • Best song in Mass Effect series AINEC. This shit gets you pumped.

  • gay music

  • As much as I like this it really wouldn't go with the tempo of ME2 and 3 combat

  • *Trrrrrr trrrrr trrrrrr*... *Boom*

    *Pow pow pow pow*...

    "I've lost shields!"

  • ME1 had a good variety of environments when driving around in the Mako, but it still had its flaws. Buildings and mines were bland and rather boring, yet I understand that they were pressed for time and such, which is sad. But the atmospheres and skies were gorgeous. If they had a tad more variety it would've been simply grand.

ME2 had tried to rectify this by specializing each area, which makes for a certain realism but constricts the game.

It is a difficult, if not impossible line to walk.

  • @BFCrusader With all this said, I think Bioware has done an incredible job in both games and I give thumbs up for them. I know that Bioware is a kind of developer that learns from their mistakes and their successes and any resulting game will only get even better :)

  • @BFCrusader I agree, but in all honesty, scenery, mechanics and gameplay will always be second-fiddle to the characterization - I have never played a game with better dialogue than Mass Effect.

  • @LiberalIntervention Oh no question about it, I was merely talking about the environmental aspects of the game. But you're right, the dialogue and character voice-acting and development was nothing short of genius. Let's not even try to give fitting accolades to the story and sub-plots. :D

  • Reminds me of Armored Core 3

  • blade runner over again and again sounds like futuristict battlefield so epic

  • I remember the mission this music was playing on. Garrus and Tali were accompanying me <3

  • I was like pew pew, and the enemy was pew pew in every direction. So I use my biotics to make em go boom boom.

  • @NonstopRam we were all like "pow-pow, pow!" and then the geth were all like "Aaaaaaaaahhhhh!" and then we all had pancakes to celebrate and Shepard was all like "Ummmmmmm nomnomnom"

  • ENEMIES EVERYWHERE!

  • Eeaahh! This is my favorite sounatrack. Thank you, good job!

  • I used to think this game was for nerds or star trek idiots.

I have never been so happy to be wrong in my entire video game career, I really love this game.

    :D

  • Why is it that the missing tracks are all uploaded on youtube 10 times, but you never can download them anywhere?

  • ENEMIES ARE EVERYWHERE

  • GODLIKE

  • why do i need to watch a song in hq? plus 360p isnt hq =P

  • 2 reapers disliked ;) LOL

Well, I'm so STARVING for ME3. I'm so up for a story marathon when it comes out.

  • First time I heard this while fighting the geth on Therum, I was like: ...DUDE! This is wonderfully perfect futuristic Sci-Fi background music for a battle in an intergalactic war!

  • I m not sure if its the best, but it is surely one of the bests. And its realy pitty it is missing in OST..

  • This is the best song in the game and they left it off the OST wtf??

  • The first time I beat the Krogan battlemaster it glitched. It didn't play the cutscene like it should have, and I was forced to redo it.

  • uh nope it's just me gabe newell

  • That battlemaster was annoying as fuck

  • I'm right in this part now a great battle awaits me?¿ yes pleaaseee :)

  • This music is so convincing I get into one of my space fight fantasies.

  • i like the "watch in HQ" with 360p ...

  • Just started boppin' around to this while blowing up geth when I first landed on Therum.

  • this song shouldve been in the mass effect 2 normandy captains room, u know wheres like this clock next 2 da bed, u chose songs from, this song shouldve been in there. Thumbs up if u guys agree.

  • @BornGodofWar Yes indeed. I whole heartily agree.

  • I just find it incredibly funny that many people still, after all these years, fail to realize that this track is only for a sub-boss. And is the best track in the game. Followed closely by the love theme. Tapping blue alien goodness, Capt. Kirk style...Hell yeah.

  • @TheLordDragonX I'd say second best. Virmire Battle wins for me, for exactly the same reasons this comes second.

  • Saren got up and knocked me to the floor!

I got back up and knocked him to the floor!

He was being such a jack-off!

I told him to suck my pet varren's ass.

He got so tired of my bullshit!

    I WHUPPED# SAREN'S ASS!#

  • I fell in love with the game upon hearing this track and having a blast killing geth.

  • Russia loves Mass Effect)))

  • 2 man is homo...

Mass Effect OST =BEST SCI-FI Soundtrack...

  • @planetpeti96 That belongs to Deus Ex.

  • Honestly, I think ME1's soundtrack was better than ME2. However, I prefer ME2's soundtrack. Why? Because the music was much more appropiate feeling. I just don't think this is music that goes well with ME1- style battles, but ME2's was just awesomely fitting. And the suicide mission music. Oh, don't even get me started on how amazingly goddamn fitting THAT was! (Except for when you're fighting the final boss and the music is randomly happy-sounding)

  • @masterplusmargarita man, you read my freakin mind!

  • Has anyone noticed that TRON's soundtrack sounds a lot like ME and ME2?

  • @matthiasfsa Yeah, I was thinking of that myself when playing ME.

    SHEPHERD, WHERE ARE YOU NOW?!

  • ahh i always come back to this song, its so epic when the low bass electronica pops in :D

  • There should be a reprise of this in ME-3.

  • My favourite track. Has a little Half-life feeling to it.

  • hm... me1 had better music, a better storyline (Why they took Drew K. off for me2 I'll never know) and the stats system was boss, Add these to the me2 shooter style and you'll have a damn good game.

  • @AmorrosColt From what I heard, they want to add more RPG elements to ME3.

  • @erebus890 I hope they do. That was what i loved about Mass Effect 1. Luckily I liked ME2 enough because I also like 3rd person shooters, but hey... ME is RPG, amirite?

  • @AmorrosColt ME2 had just as good music, look at the OST for the ME2 DLCs... Overlord, Lair of the shadow broker and Arrival. Really good stuff.

ME2 story was good too but that's just my opinion.

  • @CorRomeister eh ME2's music felt too generic to me. when I hear songs like this one I instantly think "Mass Effect" but when I hear ME2 songs I could be thinking of any sci fi movie

  • Best theme in Mass Effect.

  • Strange, really. When I first played as an Infiltrator, got killed by that krogan battlemaster like 9000 times, yet when I played again as a vanguard, I kicked his ass. Lift+Shotgun+Chemical Rounds=Pwnage.

  • I... must... play..... AGAIN...... Sovereign demands it through these soundtracks... HE IS.... IN MY MIND.... ARRRRGH!!

  • @ihasthecrazies You can still stop Sovereign, if you have the guts.

  • do you have a mp3 for this?

  • HOLY SHIT!! thank you so fucking much for putting this up here. im covering mass effect songs and have been looking everywhere for this song. shep would be proud of you

  • HOLY SHIT!! thank you so fucking much for putting this up here. im covering mass effect songs and have been looking everywhere for this song. shep would be pround of you

  • Check out my rendition of Myst IV on keyboard by Jack Wall!

  • the best music to listen to while in a firefight with the geth

  • Comment removed

  • LOST SHIELD !!!

  • Mass Effect 1's music triumphed over 2's, but it is kinda obvious they were going for a very different style.

    I loved ME1's retro-futuristic sound. Great stuff.

  • @disabledpikachu Mass Effect 1 was a better game honestly . The best game this generation for me mass effect 2 was a dissapointment . It didn't feel the same

  • @jtgtjtgt I dunno man. I think, in my opinion, they are about of equal worth and I immensely enjoyed both- twice through. Me1, me2, then me and me1! Backwards order I know! It think the first excelled in story and music. The second excelled in the refined combat and the tight construction.

I don't think I could choose one- I think they are both essential. The Mako I enjoy to a certain degree, exploring planets was cool. But I find the planet scanning relaxing! =)

  • @jtgtjtgt so true

  • wat

Mass Effect 2 was a huge improvement from the first game - no more retarded equipment managing, mélée was made way easier and the AI was actually quite intelligent in combat. Not to mention the story was awesome. The only thing that blowed was that charm and intimidate were removed.

You're just a god damn fanboy who likes the first game because 'ITS FIRST!!!!!! AND THAT MEANS BEST!!!!'

  • @Oll1000 No it's because the second one became a shooter , focussed on the collectors , had less content in the game etc i stated reasons why and no the sequel isn't better . The story SUCKED SHIT in the sequel the only thing about mass effect 2 good was the characters . Omega was intresting but all the other stages lacked that feeling alot of the levels were linear corridors with a few paths that took you no where. Me2 had shit music and the vibe of it changed so much .

  • @jtgtjtgt i agree i want to equipment manage and i want to fucking drive on random planets ! i wanna run over geth again and into colossuses = i miss that; such great times...

  • @jtgtjtgt

Wow you really hate ME2 so much that you have to comment on more than one video stating your reasons for dislike. NEWS FLASH: The gameplay in the first and second game are EXACTLY the same. Are you ME1 fannuts so stupid that you can't see that? All Bioware had to do was create ammo to get people who can't shoot for shit in a fanrage. It's funny how the first was longer so it had more shooting obviously than Me2, and yet it's more of an RPG?! ME1 fanboys are so stupid that it's funny.

  • @l33tstuff1 No it's not no buying weapons in me2 , no buying armor in me2 only upgrades , credits weren't as important , the level up system was that on RPG in me2 it became so stripped down it might as well not even be in the game it no significant impact on anything . The planet probing was terrible no mako missions but instead about 5 short side quests and probing . Me2 is extremely different than me1 the whole feel is different . The music felt different the whole atmosphere was different

  • @l33tstuff1 And again they abandoned the plot of me1 and went on a filler . Basically play me1 then skip me2 what did you really miss lol. I could go on and on but judging from your message my comments would be wasted on you

  • @jtgtjtgt

Your a waste if you can't see that Bioware was lazy on ME1's side missions. The Mako controlled like shit. End of story. The Equipment screen was tedious. And don't the excuse of "oh it's an RPG." The plot was not abandoned. Harbinger, a Reaper was controlling the Collectors, trying to find a way through dark space. Huh last time I checked in ME1 Vigil mentioned the Reapers were trying to find a way through dark space. You're a whiny fanboy. Get off the comment section.

  • @l33tstuff1 Yeah *sigh* i knew this would happen . look at my last comment the one directly under yours

  • @l33tstuff1 The plot was abandoned what that meant is the reapers were put on halt for the collectors , yes they were controlled by harbinger but thats not the same thing .Yes the reapers were trying to get through darkspace but they could have found a better way to to stall. me2 abandons alot from me1 and thats the problem and the game is an rpg what rpg doesent have epquipment management . The game ditched the rpg/shooter hybrid feel it had for a third person shooter with light rpg elements.

  • @l33tstuff1 The problem with mass effect 2 is the it abandons so much from the first game thats it . A perfect summary of why i don't like it . In me3 it's confirmed alot of these things are coming back in an ign interview bioware stated the equpment managing would return and that the hammerhead will replace the mako their going to try and combine the best of both games . If they can do that me3 will be good. I doubt it will feel like me1 or that it will be as good but thats a sign of hope

  • I don't want to see my favorite franchise be turned into something else . Simple as that i envy nintendo because the gamers who grew up with mario , zelda NEVER have this problem . The franchises they grew up with and loved just keep evolving and getting better . Mario Galaxy 2 was a perfection of the groundwork mario 64 laid it's the same feel but evolved and improved .

Why would you not want to see your favorite franchise stay and make more games . I hope that helps you understand how i feel

  • @jtgtjtgt

Mario and Zelda have regurgitated the same gameplay for years. It's boring now. Super Mario Galaxy is just Super Mario 64 IN SPACE and Twighlight Princess is Ocarina of time without the compelling town and just the blank wastelands that look like a toilet mistaken for a design board.

  • EXACTLY the gameplay the FANS loved was improved upon and evolved . Not abandoned and morphed and streamlined . Everyone who loved mario 64 loved mario galaxy 2 . The same way everyone who loved me1 should love me2 .

Zelda Twilight princess took orcarina and fixed all the problems and made a bigger world , better distractions , more dark and gritty plot the game matured and all it's fans loved it

Do you get the point im trying to make . No one said you had to agree just understand my opinion

  • @jtgtjtgt

I understand but your constant bitching about electronic entertainment is what draws people to respond to you.

  • @l33tstuff1 lol when i look at it from others point of view yeah i see how it could . But iv'e gotten so used to getting a mass effect message a day im becoming immune to it. Cod black ops took everything the fans loved and put it all together and made the most complete cod yet . Im not a big fan of cod BUT i can understand why it's legions of fans keep buying the game they liked the previous one and want more of the same and want to see it grow see where the game series will go .

  • @jtgtjtgt

It wasn't improved. It was the same game.

  • @l33tstuff1 Why do you think people buy cod every year they like their game having a resemblance to the preprocessor they loved . Its the same BUT better

  • @jtgtjtgt

COD is the same every year but worse. It literally is the same game every year in a bad way. It's now a contest of how campable can we make our shooters.

  • @l33tstuff1 You get what i mean . Ok heres a better one why do people who bought playstation 1 get playstation 2 and 3 . Same reason. Why do people who got xbox 1 get xbox 360 , same reason they liked what it did and wanted to see it get better and retain what they liked about it. Xbox live who wouldn't want to see it keep getting better and better .

If your a sony fan why would you want playstation to radically change.

Hope im not bothering you with all the replys

  • @jtgtjtgt

Consoles-games? That is the worst analogy you've come up with. If I buy a console I'm expecting the damn thing to A.) run properly and B.) to have DIFFERENT games. Halo for instance. Imagine if the 360 never published a thing until Halo 3 was released. Even then people who bought it would find "I just paid $300 for the same game I beat three years ago. Now what? " Franchises NEED change. Consoles just NEED DIFFERENT games. Without change the system and the franchise on it crashes.

  • @l33tstuff1 Franchises need to change, yes i agree but they need to keep the same fundamental gameplay and evolve and advance it . Look at splinter cell 1 2 3 , uncharted 1 and 2 , ratchet and clank , mario , zelda , All their fans buy the sequels because they like the first one and want more of the same but obviously advanced , upadated and evolved . The console analogy was perfect because if you liked what playstation did obviously you want more of what you liked but advanced , evolved

  • @l33tstuff1 The cod fans like the cod gameplay simple as that xbox fans liked what xbox did and thats making console online gaming mainstream they obviously want more of that but improved with 360 which is exactly what they got , alot of their franchises carried over , the games they love advanced and changed while retaining what they liked about them .

Xbox 360 made live better than ever and did everything xbox live originally did . Think about it if a game changes to much fans quit playing

  • @l33tstuff1 Look at all sequels they improve upon the groundwork or the prior games and appeal to the fans more , gears of war , uncharted , little big planet , marvel vs capcom , street fighter , smash bros all retained what the established fanbase liked and added more to it . If forza changed radically it would lose fans ,

Yes we buy consoles for new experiences but what makes us buy xbox over playstation or wii . We want a certain kind of experience and to see certain aspects we liked return

  • @jtgtjtgt

Let's talk talk about improving vs. changing. You can make all the improvements you want but it will be the same game again and again unless there's change. It's just a cash grab for developers. Change has its limits I agree but ME needed change. The side missions were the same six rooms. It's lazy. ME2 has more side missions than you think. They just have individual design, unlike ME. If I were to use an individual design for every assignment in ME there would be only be SIX.

  • @l33tstuff1

... the only thing that the N7 missions had going for them were the varied environments. Even the combat areas all seemed like they had been taken straight out of the main missions; practically no variety other than the scenery. The ONLY thing they had going for them was the combat, which isn't even attributable to the N7 missions; the combat system is what made them fun....

  • @l33tstuff1

... otherwise, they were boring, meaningless side capers that didn't even have the potential for an extended plotline into the next game like ME1's side missions had (eg. Helena Blake, Elanos Haliat, Corporal Toombs, etc.).

If you want to associate "change" with actual "improvement", you could find a compromise between varied environments and having dialogue in your side missions. Otherwise, change that only improves on *one* aspect of the game, while stunting others, IS bad.

  • @JadedTrojan

ME1's side missions had almost 0 plot. The N7 missions have even less. I was mainly touching upon the scenery which was lacking in the first game (cave, brown base, blue base, and ship,). 100 side missions with that scenery recyled. Bullshit! I don't care how good the story is, the area is still the same. And dude, seriously, you're a little late to the party. I've had arguments 2 separate pages with a fan of the first game so please don't waste my time.

  • @l33tstuff1 Yeah the scenery in ME1's bases were bland and the caves all look the same, but then again, how diverse do you want a cave or a military/mercenary base? The true diversity in ME1 were the skylines of all the different planets. I kinda miss driving the Mako around in ME2 because I miss looking at a lot of the gorgeous backgrounds Bioware put into the planets. Idk what arguement you had with the other guy, but thats my take on the side missions.

  • @KroniKKidZ28 Project Overlord gets that back somewhat.

  • @KroniKKidZ28 Good point. What l like the most is the fact you can get back a place anytime you want! I did all the quest and just before the final mission l took a tour of the places where lve been, particulary bring down the sky asteroid, that was awesome! lol crazy shit, but l love it.

  • @KroniKKidZ28 i agree with everything you just said

  • @KroniKKidZ28 i agree so much. i missed driving around in the Mako on strange new worlds as well. In ME2 too many of the environments didn't allow for free exploration, they were all designed on the strict path you were supposed to follow.

And whenever that one tune would play when you're in some underground base on some uninhabited planet, i can't remember the name of it but it was very quiet and spooky, whenever that played i felt the loneliness and coldness of space exploration.

  • @ginnoveffect I agree with both you guys. I remember that mission on the derlict ship with the crazy wife trying to keep her hubby alive. There was no other targets or anything. That music and emptyness just enhanced the atmosthpere. It scared the shit outta me at first. Although I love ME2, is was more combat based. ME1 was more about seeing new planets and atmostphere. It's kind of like Alien and Aliens.

  • @Oll1000

    "no more retarded equipment managing"

Yeah, that's because Mass Effect 1 was an actuall RPG. Tha's how they play.

  • @mai1992 0ll1000 is fucking retarded, if you want to play a shooter, play COD. equipment management was an awesome part of that game, and i think they are bringing it back, i hope. theres a lot of cool shit they took out and a lot of cool shit added. all around the best series of all time.

  • Soundtrack is the only thing that Mass 1 has over Mass 2.

  • @Jaeckrich That and story, plot progression, levels, RPG style customization, and no fucking mineral scanning. Oh and did I mention SEX WITH ALIENS?

    Mass 1 > Mass 2

  • @theLXGproject Using the worst vehicle ever designed, the Mako, to drive around barren wastelands is so much more fun! Don't masturbate over pixels! Bad Jaeckrick!

I like them both anyway. I love and hate various parts of each.

  • @BladeStrike

The Motherfucking Mako wasn't that bad if you only used it for the main missions but I hear you. Though one could argue you brought it on yourself if you explore and try to complete the annoying tedious side quests, which are essentially GALAXY MAP-Loading screen-Galaxy Map-MOTHER FUCKING MAKO-Identical warehouse on random planet x 10000 side quests- GALAXY MAP.

Mineral scanning was probably less time consuming but also a chore, and less avoidable I would say.

  • @BladeStrike I liked the mako it added exploration and made the galaxy feel more realistic and alive . It's better than the 5 sidequests in me2 and gay ass planet probing

  • @theLXGproject I completely agree

  • This music got me pumped for battle. Lost shields! But who cares, I ran at them anyway.

  • The game (movie) is great. Too bad its combat is horrendous.

  • THANKS!

  • this track is the best of the best;))))

  • SHEPARD'S BEEN HIT!

    LOST SHIELDS!

  • @666SLAY3R666

    I WILL DESTROY YOU.

    ENEMIES EVERYWHERE!

  • @666SLAY3R666 SHIELDS ARE DOWN!

    HOSTILES LOCATED!

  • I hope one day the bioware can release mass effect 1 for the ps3 damn Microsoft >:(

  • @bpeterdude316 noway!!! mass effect belongs to xbox 360 and PC!! if bioware release this awesome game for the ps3, i dont know, but somehow it will destroy the whole me feeling

  • @rohatkickboxer really? what difference does it make for different platforms? If anything the critics appraise the ME2 on PS3 for it's graphics.

  • I remember wanting to listen to this in the soundtrack after my second playthrough. I was sad that I could not find it, so thanks for uploading it!

  • Thank you for uploading this. This is one of my favorite songs in Mass Effect and its too bad its not on the soundtrack.

  • Mass Effect 2 is the best movie I have ever played.

  • @Joernboy you thats good think about 3 the final game in the series that will be even better, considering it is the grand finale in the series pretty much so they will have to and are going to be making it big I would not doubt that we will finally see tali's face for one in that game. Also just think everything you have been doing since the first one has a huge impact.

  • @Joernboy

    Totally, agreed!!!

  • I think that true ME fans will admit to the first ME being more immersive than the second...ME 2 seems better put together but more artificial (streamlined gameplay/ less intrusive extraneous information/ less stat crunching).

  • @FeelingFreshSon Couldn't agree with you more.

  • @Harshalcv11

yep...I will finish ME2 eventually...If only for Mordin. FOR MORDIN!

  • @FeelingFreshSon Well, have I got news for you. For ME3, Bioware's keeping the combat mechanics of ME2 and shoehorning in the exploration and depth of the first. Should be fun.

  • @Krelus

Wow Bioware really is turning into my favorite game studio...after Tri-Ace even though they're fail half the time.

  • @Krelus Will ME3 retain the control schematics of ME2? Cause the controls for the first Mass Effect were a bit sketchy, and the sequel fixed that.

  • @Shadowelf93 Most likely, but I'm not some crazy-informed BioWare insider. I hope so, though. ME1 was, at times, a bit like writing with boxing gloves on XD

  • @FeelingFreshSon Firstly, doesn't streamlined actually mean better? And second i thought ME2 was much more immersive...just saying.

  • @Geblith maybe, ff13 was "streamlined" and I thought it was terrible. That's just my opinion though. The good thing about "linear" games is that you're less likely to miss things and you don't have to worry about details. You can just enjoy the experience. ME2 was linear when it came to fights...also why were there crates everywhere lol

  • @FeelingFreshSon Thats true^^ too many crates.

It'd be good for mass effect 3 to do what reach did, took the best aspects of the previous games, and combined them; you see a lot of the features from halo 1 in reach as well as one's from halo 3. Hopefully that'll work with mass effect 3.

  • @Geblith I'm sure about ME2 coz I haven't played it yet, but at times ME1 did have too many crates, probably for the enemies to hide behind. Figures. The minute they popped their heads out to fire I'd snipe them fight in the face!

  • Spectacular Song!!!

    * * * * *

  • Hey could you please send me the download link for this? And maybe also the one for virmire battle(a)? Thank you so much! ^^ Awesome uploads!!

  • I'm Commander Shepard and this is my favourite OST Song.

  • We don't have time to deal with this idiot! CHARGE!

  • I was just thinking about this song, but could not remember where it was from. Glad it's so popular, cuz it was 4th in the list after searching mass effect ost.

  • LOST SHIELDS!

  • To be honest, ME1 had lot of scenes where you're awe struck. First time you see sovereign at eden prime, the time when you touch the beacon, battle of citadel etc. Story was top notch and on top of all that these badass music tracks.

  • @Harshalcv11 Mass Effect 2 lacked that

  • @Harshalcv11 hell yea, the part on ilos when you see all the stasis pods along the walls really had me lol

  • @Harshalcv11 I remember seeing sovereign for the first time and i thought "Holy shit, this game is going to be good"

  • @Harshalcv11 I agree when I play a game I'm more into it for the story this is the reason why I prefer Mass Effect 1 over 2 there are just more plot twists and the story over all is better. However I still love Mass Effect 2, Hopefully ME3 will have a story as strong as ME1 and game-play as strong as ME2.

  • Gee I wish these would be on the album, ot too sure why they aren't! I love them so much. I have both the soundtracks but none of these xD Which are my favorite songs xD

  • thx for posting my fav track

  • off the chain thumbs up all the way

  • Are you serious? This was honestly left out of the soundtrack? This is one of the best from the game. Well done for finding it x3run, great track.

  • ooh thank you so much for this :D this just makes me drool <3

  • Where can i download this at

  • @Tykrone

    You could try Dirpy.com

  • This is one of my favourite soundtracks in a game ever. This song gave me a feeling of being part of the Mass Effect (1) world : )

    Mass Effect is EPIC!

  • Anyone notice that this song is somehow on the ME2 soundtrack (The Complete Score)? It's song number 18 and it's called Illium Encounter. Can anyone confirm if it actually plays in Mass Effect 2 or is it only part of the soundtrack and doesn't play during the game?

  • This wasn't on the soundtrack? Come on! This is probably the song I'm most familiar with, thanks to the Krogan boss battle. A word of advice, do not go to Therum as a Vanguard right after the Citadel on Veteran, without upgrading anything or buying any new weapons. Bad idea.

  • @champayne17

when you're a counter strike pro like me, u can go in with a toothpick and still come out victorious

    Nuff said :p

  • @Rambo556 Hey, I ain't too shabby at Counter-Strike bro, I was once ranked 4th out of several thousand on a server, but my glory days are mostly over. However CS and Mass Effect are completely different. Plus, I played the same mission a few days ago as an infiltrator and beat it first try in less the a minute, I couldn't stop laughing at how much I was failing before xD.

  • @champayne17

Wow, I got raped even after I did some side quests and upgraded etc. Took me about twelve damn tries...

  • @champayne17 I went to Therum first thing as an Infiltrator. x) It was so damn tough.

  • This plays against the Krogan boss on the Liara mission right?

  • yeah wered u get this, can u send me the link or something cause i likt this one!

  • Where can I download this? Give me the link if possible.

  • @Harbinger295 if you have real player you can download the video then convert it to an Mp3 that's what I did! or Try Ares

  • @aleathia83 Thanks! I downloaded it with Download Helper, and now I have it in MP3. One of the best tracks in Mass Effect.

  • Wasn't this track played on Virmire after meeting with Sovereign?

  • Although ME2 has better gameplay, ME1 has something I can't quite put my finger on that makes it so awesome. I think it's the music.

  • @Blackpanfa The music and the story. ME2's story is complete garbage (too much sidequests getting the companions, where's the REAL story Bioware???).

  • @Lightthrower

    I think you're right actually.

Also, In ME2 the Citadel is just a bunch of shops that don't look as if they belong on the Citadel. The old citadel was WAYY more futuristic.

  • @Lightthrower Well as I see it,

ME1= Good Story, Great use of traditional rpg elements that have made games like KOTOR successful.

ME2= More Run'n'Gun, Focuses more on combat and the "loose cannon" ideal.

  • Enemies are everywhere!

  • Shepard is hit!!!
