  • you rock!!

  • dude so you just used the original song not an acapella?nice chilled remix bro

  • Dude I need the "MAKE IT HARDER BETTER FASTER STRONGER and stuff" effect for playing it live with keys along with my band.. Can you send me a link with those files?

  • @novusfunk I sampled Kanye West - Stronger. The first 5 seconds just have the vocal solo. I just changed the tempo a bit and used some quick splicing from the original Daft Punk version as well. Some simple cut work should get you all the vocals in this song if you have the original tracks. I don't have my samples since i did this song so long ago.

  • jolie son

    bien pure

  • Did you use any hardware for this?

  • @iliveinmyguitar No hardware. It was all done in Reason 3

  • come on guys reason isnt that hard to learn it only took me four weeks after i got it and ive never even used reason before

  • @minichuaman2 true, the point is what you do with it after, just because learning something is easy doesn't mean that producing actual content is easy, professionals use reason and you don't see them creating abundance of content

  • This is awesome man, well done

  • nice

  • si

    si

  • This is fucking awesome up till about 2:50

  • Nah this aint bad for 3.0 Nicely done - good n gritty

    well done

  • Ya missed a build, and it falls apart around 2:20 but yeah, if this was early work it's not that bad. Reasons a real bitch to learn, but... pays you back magnitudes.

  • I use 2.5, lets see how this goes.

  • Reason 3 ;-) classic, very nice remix mate

  • coool

  • awesome!!!

  • how u put a music in reason and mix it?

  • was it easy to master techniques with this reason program?:) and how much space does it take on my computer, thanks for any answers:)

  • No it was actually pretty difficult to master the techniques in Reason. It took me a solid month or two to even be able to compose a full song. But its because there are so many options to create your sounds from scratch. Which is the hardest part to get right. But once you understand the basics, the intuitiveness of the program becomes second nature. I suggest watching a lot of tutorials online. I believe it took roughly under 2GB of hard drive space. Thanks for your interest :) cheers

  • Excellent work! :)

  • Something different(: i like it.

  • Good job man, that is sick!

  • Awesome dude is there ayway you could send me this in Reason format??

  • Thanks man :)

But sorry, i'll be putting this song on a future album and I wouldnt be able to give u the song for legal reasons.

Plus it wouldnt be fair for me to just give away all of my hard work either way. Hope you understand.

    Thanks again

  • its all good you've got a good point its thanks anyways

  • So strange watching reason 3 & below videos because I started with Reason 4.

Great job on the remix though man!

  • Love this cover mate, well done!

  • yea you can assign each sample to a specific key, only using one nnxt.

tubbawubba: that woop pow! is exactly what i was trying to figure out. thanx im gunna muck around with that.

  • dope man :)

  • nice remix

  • hey do you think you can show me how you did it?

  • why did you use so many machines to load the vocal samples? all you needed was a single nn19 to load all of them and you wouldve saved a bundle of mixer channels and ram. with some automation and splitter hocus-pocusry you wouldve achived all the effects in this song

  • Interesting...

I wasn't aware you could put all the samples in one NN-19 or NN-XT. Didn't know how so i made separate ones. Not really an issue when u have a good computer with lots of ram though. Its crazy to expect producers to know every little trick of the trade in reason when you're teaching yourself. But thanks for the heads up.

  • i taught myself evrything i know about reason too. i've been using it since 1.0 came out and i JUST discovered a little gem in the form of the loop knob in the nn19 sampler last night! i urge you give it a go. i'm particularly enchanted by the forward/ backward loop setting. woop-poow!

  • @syke343 you can only put one sample in nn19, but several in nnxt

  • @tubbawubba you're an arrogant dick sore.

  • good job! but...

work it make it harder better FASTER stronger!

you know what I mean? make it faster!!! ;)

  • You "work it" is "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger"

  • SLOOOW

  • 97/100 stars

  • all You need 2 with hbfs is get the acplea and make it slower so it makes the voice like deeper and beter

  • damn this is sick! great job

  • good work

    5 stars

    favourite

    playlist

    easy all undertood ??

    good

    see you later

  • It's okay but it's like there's a itch this song can't scratch.

  • u pow'd me w/ greatness <--- if tht makes sense

  • that was deadly, good job man

  • cool :X

  • Ww0oo000ooW. Nice !

  • Nice 1 :)

  • good job man, greetings from Italy!

  • man too bad its not the original accapella from the song. its from the kanye west remix. but still its a tight ass remix. good job.

  • NIce. Speed it up a lil. Oh yeah!

  • not bad really

  • where can i get this reason programm????? plzz tell mee

  • Google is your friend.

  • where'd you get the daft punk song samples from?

  • Straight from the "Kanye West - Stronger" song and one from the "Human After All (Justice Remix)"

You have to look for the vocal solos in the songs.

  • yeah, but how do you extract them? do you use a program?

  • in the intro of the kanye west song, there are no other sounds going on at the same time.

just cut it out from the song.

  • LOVE it.

    Awesome job!!

  • thats how ta do it!

  • It was nice, I suppose. Still, too much "Work it," not enough everything else. :/ I suggest you improve upon this song to make sure it won't grow so repetitive. ^^

  • nice work

  • Way to slow.

  • Hot shit!

  • Wow, this is crazy awesome. I LOVE the bass.

  • woaw great song dude =O

  • hey, great stuff. keep it up.

  • its ok, but if your gonna use daft, make it a bit faster, try 135bpm or 140 maybe...

  • wow gilbot3030, this is the slower version, its more like 108 bpm.

  • yeah it's the one from kanye

  • If you know Daft you'd know that they'd never play music that fast. 130bpm mayyybe at max. But I was going for the Kanye West remix tempo (104bpm) with a Homework feel to it. Most of that album is roughly 115bpm. So the song was meant to be dark and slow to make you really feel the bass line.

    Cheers

  • synth is killer

    dude nice mix

  • i don t like

  • closest thing to kanye west- stronger live there is.

  • with out kanya west? so just daft punk

  • kanye sux, hes just a big cry baby...

  • What is the name og this programm?

  • It's called Reason by Propellerheads Software

  • Serious props, man. Always cool to see what other Reason users are creating. :) I gotta post some vids of my tracks soon!

  • I love the Bass

  • thats hella good dude

  • OMggg what program is that!!!!! PLEASE TELL ME

  • Propellerhead Reason 3.0

  • work it..work it...work it...work it..work it

  • I like it!

  • The master is good :)

but the hit hats are to high!

    This track must be faster

  • slow / static

  • crap

  • this remix is NUTSSS

  • wicked XD

  • u must send this to me

  • check out my description of this vid.

You can download this song and others ive produced at The Sixty One.

    Thanks:)

  • would you say this better than fls

  • I've never tried FLS but I've heard from a few friends who have tried both that say Reason works better. The only advantage of FLS seems to be that your able to plug-in VSTs to get a more unique sound and the fact that the samples show up as waveforms. But there are other programs that can do that too and better like Cakewalk Project 5. So all in all, Reason seems to give u more of a professional sound if you know how to use it right.

    But thats my opinion.

  • Ran out of characters. ^_^

Good job man! I love all that granular shit! Imma friend you on Myspace.

  • wat is that program and how do i get it

  • Propellerhead Reason 3.0

Buy it at their site or find a torrent online. Or you can find it at your local music instrument store.

Reason 4.0 is already out but I feel 3.0 works more efficiently. I'd def recommend it

  • dude, that looks SO complicated...

  • Yea it kinda is. Gave me a whole new respect for professional producers and how music is made. Gets less complicated as you understand it tho.

  • i agree it looks complicated...

  • reason 4! DET ER SÅ NIICE

  • Wow Amazing remix keep it up 5/5

  • nice, you're amazing

  • I used GoldWave and FruityLoops for my Remix

  • umm no effence but its not that great but good work though

  • Do you have a longer version you wouldn't mind sending to ...say...me?

  • You are a reason master.

  • Gostei do remix

  • Your very good at reason. I cant do remix very well alone in reason, i re-wire it through cubase and do all the audio parts in that :D

    This remix is top :D

  • Thnx mate
