Not bad work on the designs, but a few of these pokémon would be insanely broken. An evolution of Skarmory would be far too good, perhaps even in ubers. Jynx, Lapras and Quagsire really don't need to evolve either. An evolved Dunsparce would be okay, but it is still fairly good with what it has. If the stats of its evolved form got brought up too much, it would be over powered, because of its ability and move set. Torkoal really doesn't need to evolve either.
